Watched them pour my Chili while waiting at the drive-thru, They asked me to pull up and wait while I watched four other cars go around me up. I went to check and they said only 2 people were there. This Wendy’s should close until they get more help. Finally got my food after 20 minutes. Never again. And after I posted, I wanted to update the review with a picture of my tasty, but messy, son of a baconator.

Man it’s annoying how the employees working here can’t even do their jobs correctly let alone have a good attitude. If they didn’t want to do the job they applied for then why be there. They act like we’re a bother to them. The only reason I come here is because it’s the nearest location to me. And I’m not exaggerating when I say EVERYTIME I come it’s a bad experience. Not to even mention how many times they can’t get the order correct.

Hello again everyone!
Ok , if you dont know by now, I do reviews for all of you so you wont have to “suffer” a bad experience from the fast food industry and restaurants in the dfw area. Today 1/11/25 my wife and I were out on one of our adventures as usual and we were driving through benbrook and decided to stop for lunch at Wendy’s. We went through the drive thru, now these days unfortunately with fast food, customer service has vanished, you usually get the rude, lazy, no caring employee with horrible communication skills, I cannot stand it when you drive up to a fast food place and give them your hard earned money which helps pay that employee and keep that business running and you are met with complete rudness. But not today folks, today we were had the pleasure of interacting with a kind, very professional young lady by the name of “Jana” she was exactly what you need and expect from the places, something that is slowly going away for whatever reason. She had excellent communication skills, she made us feel extremely welcome and very comfortable, so Jana, thank you for the warm welcome in the drive thru , the food was very fresh and the most important part is, it was made correct! Ive seen the bad reviews for this location and i will just say to everyone, dont give up on this place just yet, i think jana can lead her team and get the ratings up, wendys, i cant stress this enough, these are the kinds of people you and many other food chains need to bring back so the customer doesn’t have to pull up to your establishment and say ” i wonder how this is going to go” but as for my wife and i , because of Jana we will definitely be back to this location because of you and I hope you are instilling these qualities in your employees because you did an awesome job , thank you once again Jana.

Employee is rude, messed up my meal, didn’t give me a receipt and will not answer phone. Paid almost 50$ for my food and I would’ve been happier going to McDonald’s. I made a complaint online but we’ll see if anyone contacts me. I ordered 2 of the same meals but this is what I received instead. Both were baconator meals. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Makes no sense to have 50 ppl working but still waited 30min for a chicken sandwich even ordered online ahead of time. Still waited 30min after arriving at the store. A sandwich you put in a dang deep fryer. It’s always something at this restaurant.

A quick stop for chicken nuggets at the drive-thru window. Great snack.
That was years ago. On 10/27/23, I hit the drive-thru, ordered a cheeseburger, single meat, no onions, no ketchup, no mayo(I DESPISE mayo on burgers), with mustard and the rest of the rabbit-food, fries, and a drink. Had to ask for salt. Got to my destination; no mustard, (if I can put in a picture, the yellow gunk is NOT mustard; it’s their ‘cheese’)but it had ketchup, mayo( ), and onions. The ‘manager’, Keith, took my phone complaint and said he’d ‘make a note of my receipt number, for the other managers’. I’m 71, tired from doing stuff all day, and I have a little box of dubious fries, a Dr. Pepper, and a burger that I am not going to eat; for a bit over $10.25. I’m up a flight of stairs, and in for the night. It’s going to be a long time, before I spend another penny at this place. Am I the only one who thinks that was a collossal screwup?
The clown places may screw my order up too, but they charge much less for doing it!

First thing I noticed going in was extremely sticky floors. The employees were fine but the food wasn’t good. Tables seemed to be clean and the bathrooms were fine.

The people who work are rude and not nice AT ALL! My dad told them have a good day at the end and the guy shut the window on his face. If they’re so unhappy with their job they need to find something else. They need training on cleanliness and hospitality because I found a hair in my burger!!
