This is my all time favorite Wendy’s. The owners work so hard to ensure the facility is clean and the food is hot. The Drive thru personnel is always super friendly and accommodating. My nuggets are always hot and the fries are always fresh! Not to mention, they have THE BEST Coke Zero in the DFW metroplex. 10/10 highly recommend!

I ordered breakfast through the drive thru at 9:20 am. The guy was not mean but he was not friendly either. I was super hungry because I fasted for bloodwork. Usually, their breakfast is good, fresh, and hot. Not this time. It was old, dry, and hard. It was not even 10 am or the end of breakfast and the sandwiches we ordered were old. I am very disappointed and will not be going back to this location for breakfast.

Used to love Wendys. Burger was better than most fast food burgers. They have really gone down hill and the the now use of shreaded up, nasty old iceberg lettuce rather than the previous leaf lettuce is the last of it for me. If they are going to be just like everyone else and not care about the quality anymore, then there are cheaper places to go.

Food was sloppy, customer service wasn’t the best. When ordering you could hear them laughing. Got to the window and service wasn’t much better. We did receive the correct food but the online order wasn’t prepared the way it was ordered. Overall this restaurant has its good and bad days….

My family and I specifically go to this Wendy’s because of their fresh, hot food and friendly staff. When asked, they make accurate special orders in a timely manner. We are regulars so a good number of the staff make small but meaningful chit chat during our face to face interaction.
To improve, I suggest they put a little bit more focus on the cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant. During the few times we have dined-in, we were not too impressed with this aspect of the restaurant.
However, overall, I do not have much to complain about this Wendy’s restaurant. Thank you for the nourishment and friendly interactions.

Ordered four of the family biggie bags of course all of them come with nuggets I asked for the sauce upon pulling up to the window I asked for one honey mustard the lady at the window mentioned it would be 54 cents for one honey mustard. Charging for one sauce, after I just spent over $20 on meals yeah it’s diabolical
