I visited this location today and ordered a 10-piece spicy nugget. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the behavior and actions of the shift lead who communicates hiding through the drive thru window this afternoon.
The shift lead, a taller gentleman, was unprofessional and appeared careless with food handling, which is concerning from a safety standpoint. This is not the nice gentleman who actually takes the order, the sneaky nasty mouth talker one. In my order, I received four undercooked spicy nuggets, two overcooked nuggets, and the rest were regular nuggets placed at the bottom of the container. This gave the impression that the inconsistency was being hidden, which is unacceptable.
In addition, my order was missing honey mustard, and the junior bacon cheeseburger was initially forgotten. When this was brought to his attention, he responded with frustration rather than professionalism.
This location is usually one of the best in the area, and I have consistently had positive experiences when other staff members are working. However, when this shift lead is on duty in the afternoon, service and quality noticeably decline.
I hope leadership will review this situation and address the concerns regarding his conduct, food safety, and customer service, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise strong location.

Horrible experience ever ordered online. Got to the drive-thru. They didn’t say anything… Went to the window they gave me. My stuff sideways which was supposed to be flat. They gave me old old food and then when I went back to get the stuff they didn’t give me they made excuses for their employees! That is reason I will never be back to this location if I decide to come back at all! Food is definitely not made fresh to order!! Eat here at your own risk!!!

I usually place my order through the app. Probably 9 times out of 10, once I arrive and tell them I’m there to pickup an order I placed, I have to pull up and wait for the food. It’s usually correct, just takes longer than it should to get Fast Food.

I just got off of school and I came here to have something to eat. I got a three-piece chicken tender combo but it took 30 minutes to get and also they ran out of barbecue sauce which they told me last time I was here and I can’t have my chicken tenders without their barbecue sauce it’s literally my favorite. I accidentally placed my mobile order as a drive-thru order instead of pickup, so I went inside to explain the mistake. The employee I spoke with had an attitude the entire time and openly complained about having to do his job. The store was not busy or backed up at all, so there was no excuse for the behavior.
He then told me I would have to pay again for an order I had already paid for through the app, which makes no sense and shows a clear lack of training. To make things worse, he was talking badly about me right in front of my face, clearly thinking I couldn’t hear him because he had an AirPod in his ear.
On top of all that, they still managed to get my order wrong — and it was only two items. I try to be understanding when places are busy or short-staffed, but nothing was happening at the time. This was purely poor service and unprofessional behavior.
I would not recommend coming here.

Wendy’s at the Bedford location 1509 Brown trail worst experience ever. The “shift manager” claims that my card wasn’t going through and proceeded to tell me she couldn’t ring me up on another terminal. So I called my bank in front of her, my bank said usually with declined transactions it would still show up on Wells Fargo’s end. NONE OF THOSE TRANSACTIONS SHOWED! So obviously she’s too slow to work a computer and a terminal. So I asked her to run my card again or I can pay with cash, she refused to serve me because I “snatched my card” . Meanwhile her co worker is talking to her and she is using profane language to him. How unprofessional. Then they have friends in there one lil wayne looking dude vaping at the counter. Don’t ever go here. Save the trouble.

We got here around 11:30pm and on Saturday it says they are open until 2am. There was an employee standing by the drive through on her phone that told us they were closed. Confused because there was a person getting food at the window, we checked again and it says they close at 2am on Saturday. I guess they were just lazy and didn’t want to take any more orders for the night.

I went through the drive through and didn’t get all of my food. Asked for the rest of it. The manager asked to see what I had. The food I asked for wasn’t there. She asked the person giving me the food if he put it on there. He said yes. Obviously, it wasn’t there. She told me to leave. Had to go inside and wait until I got what I paid for. What kind of manager doesn’t give a person their food when she sees that it’s not there? Worst service EVER!!!!

Waited at the drive thru speaker, no one answered. Pulled to the window. The guy said he’d get someone to grab my order while they remained on their phones. The guy assigned to the window apparently had to use the bathroom (for 10 min). No one else took my order. There were 4 guys working. I called the corporate line. Told them what was happening, she said she’d call them. Waited a total of 20 min. Add to that, the guy finally came up to the window. But with attitude. And like I was an inconvenience. All I wanted to do was place an order, but after that (and seeing the reviews) I wouldn’t have trusted them with my food.

The girl that was on the drive through speaker had a horrible attitude and acted as if we ruined her day by ordering food and sighing a lot. do better girl as someone who works customer service do better doesn’t matter if you’re young and inexperienced or old. Do better.
Food was cold and sizes were wrong paid for a MEDIUM meal but got a small. Just over all disappointed
