If I could give cero stars I would. This store doesn’t look that dirty but if we talk about the costumer service ‍♀️ this is one of the worse I’ve been, I came inside, they didn’t even greet or ask me to wait , the lady was waiting for food to be ready bc the cook was working on it. And like 5 min later she came and she told me that I have to go order my self on the machines. You guys should train them. This is a poor train staff . Don’t even say please or thank you. The best out of everything was that the fries they gave me were old and cold.

This is the third time that we have visited this location. Every single time our order is wrong. This time the girl had the audacity to argue with us about. The first visit was shortly after they opened, so we just chalked it up to inexperienced workers. Second visit, got all the way home, 15 miles from location, called back, manager on duty said I would have to come back that night to get replacement otherwise I was out of luck. Wendys, do better!!!!!

When the friggen cheese is thicker than the meat, there is a problem. WE drove through, grabbed a couple Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers. Look at this. For $3 dollars each. Wth. And they didn’t put the tomato on it.

Placed an online order, at the drive thru the woman told me my order wasn’t there. I held up my phone to show her the app, where my order number was provided and showed paid. She was so rude and said “that ain’t gonna help me none!” I was taken aback and replied with “I’ve already paid for it,” to which the woman turned her back on me and hollered at someone “can you come handle her” like I was being the largest inconvenience for her when I was not doing anything wrong nor being rude in the slightest. Someone who I think was the manager came to the window to “handle me” and asked my name, then told me to pull forward. I sat there for over 20 minutes and watched cars that pulled in behind me repeatedly get their food and leave. I feel like they intentionally delayed my order as punishment. The young man who brought our food was polite and the order was correct. But the service at the drive thru was so poor, I don’t think I will be back. There’s no reason to be so ugly to a customer who is not in control of tech issues.

It’s a shame that such a nice, clean, new restaurant has such awful food. This had to be the worst salad and hamburger I’ve had in a long time. My burger was a tiny, thin piece of meat with ketchup, and that was it! And it was way too expensive for what it was. Next time I’ll just pack a sandwich when I hit the road!

The employees were very unprofessional. They were using vulgar language and laughing because they thought it was funny. I don’t know if it was the manager or a regular employee but when i came up to the counter to order my cookies she looked at me and then said “I can’t can’t do that”

I am SO thankful to have Wendy’s choose our town for a new location. I eat there at least 3 times a week. Their salads are fresh and crisp and yummy. The single burger is just the right size for a sensible non-gorging meal, especially if you resist upsizing the side of fries (which is tempting because those fries are toasty for an crunchy first bite then fluffy on the inside). Or try a cup of the famous Wendy’s chili with hunks of ground beef (I like to squirt some sour cream in there) and a baked potato…y’all, it’s lunch for less than $8! Oooo, and have you tried their garlic fries?!? Scrumptious. Hey, Wendy’s the new girl in Carthage and I predict a long happy stay.

Was waiting for food in drive thru went in to get ketchup and napkins. Staff was very rude and just walking around .I saw my food just sitting their I asked the girl making other food if she could hand it to me, she said No she only makes the food .I waited for about 15 minutes for 1 of the 6 people walking around to hand me my food. Will never be back

This honestly has to be the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to, which is sad since it’s so new. The orders take literally 35-40 min for something like a chicken biscuit, and the workers don’t seem like they really wanna give you the time of day. Odds are that when you get your food, it’s going to be wrong also.

Very rude in the drive through, I left without finishing my order because I couldn’t handle her attitude. Won’t be back and will not recommend.
