You know the vibe…some locations just can’t help it, I suppose. Bet I don’t repeat it frequent this location again in my life. Drinks had no ice in them. The person working there at the window seemingly hates life (with no ice in Texas, I’d probably hate it, too). Food was old and/or overcooked. #twothumbsdown

On 8-03-23 at 12:28PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Baconator and Baconator Fries. The woman taking my order was very courteous on nice. My order was ready very quickly, I did not stop more than a few seconds after ordering before I was headed off with my order.
After pulling into parking lot, I checked my order. Needless to say I was very disappointed. It isn’t worth the effort to go back in and complain due possibility of an employee tampering with replacement in some way.
Won’t be recommending this Wendys and will not be going back.

I go through the drive thru almost every morning and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. The employees are the absolute best! If there’s ever a mix up, which has only happened once in my experience, it was corrected immediately, but again the best part is the attitudes and personalities of all the male and female employees that I have met.

While waiting on my order….Employee at drive thru got ice out of persons cup with her fingers then filled it up. Yeah, that turned me off. As you can see in the pictures, the floor was dirty so was the drive thru window. Food wasn’t hot and order was wrong. No…I didn’t say a thing after what I had seen.

I’m a frequient customer. I get breakfast lot, boo books for my kids, grandkids, myself ha. I just want to say the food is always great! I usually get biscuit not English muffin as when have gotten before at other places I’m in the area of at time , the biscuits , English muffins, fried potatoes, etc are so much better, softer not tough , hard chew. I’m 84 years old, harder to chew with my old teeth ha. Just wanted to day , staff are nice , friendly as well, not rude like other places as well. Keep up the good work. If rich, be my 3 meals a day ha. Have a good day! My forever place .

Instead of arguing with employees at the drive thru window (manager!!) you should be helping get some food out of support the morale, not take it down by arguing while a customer is attempting to place an order. This happened today at 12:30 p.m:, left and took my business elsewhere
