It seems like whoever is in the line, making hamburgers doesn’t care. I asked for extra mayo extra ketchup on my crispy chicken sandwich, and there was barely any. Ordered a large chili with cheese and onions, received soup instead would barely any cheese.

Take out. My spicy nuggets were not fully cooked or something. No way there is any form of chicken in this stuff. Taste like a chunk of mushy dough. I’m sorry Wendy’s but my meal was terrible. I’m thinking I’ll never eat nuggets again.

Placed an order for 6 kids; jbc $5 biggie bag. After waiting in an empty lobby for 15 minutes somehow the food was still cold. Initially I was not going to review them but Google asked for one based on my activity so it might as well be honest. My expectations aren’t high when I go to places like this anymore honestly. The restaurant was dirty including the restrooms. May or may not come back. Cheap and next to playground the kids love.

I bought 2 breakfast combos. Biscuits are $1 at the moment so I ordered one on the side and she said she didn’t know if it was gonna ring up to $1 because drinks are $1 at the moment also, (which I don’t know why that matters since my combo came with a drink that was not $1 and it was small), and she also said biscuits show up at regular price after 10, which I don’t know why if breakfast is over at 10:30. The biscuit did come out to $1. As I get ready to go, I try and order 4 biscuits for the rest of my family at home. Cashier says it’s only 2 per person to which I reply that their ad on the window says 5. She sold me only 2. So then I go to drive through to order 2 more and she goes and looks through the window and see if it was me since the order sounded familiar and she was clearly upset. I don’t understand why they won’t honor deals going on. Her reason was because they run out of biscuits. If I don’t order them someone else will and they will still run out so I don’t understand.

I ordered 4 Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuits which was 1.00 each and the computer charged that amount, but they tried to charge me over 4.00 but they could not figure how to make the adjustment because the computer still when entering the order, the amount was still 1.00 I then refused to pay any different amount than what the register showed. I left that Wendy’s and went to another Wendy’s in area and had no problem with amount or the service. So this Wendy’s I will avoid!!!

Your customer service was great so i have this review an extra star! But why is this sausage biscuit spicy???! I gagged and couldn’t eat the rest. It was nice and hot but biscuit was a little tough and too much spicy! With only 1 pack of jelly, I declined to finish the rest!

Updating to add two more stars since they seem to have worked out the bugs with the app and they always get my order right. I would give 5 but the overall food quality just isn’t what it used to be.
