It’s always a horrible experience I will never go back again.
No star’s it good for this location. I work near this location. Myself and others at my company sometimes go here on our lunch break. Never again. I tried once more today at 12:51pm. I was the only person in line, and I wasted money for cold, old french fries. And to be looked at in the second window like I had something on my face. So I had to ask them both, ” is something wrong?” $ 13.36 in the trash… . Also with all of these negative complaints why haven’t they made any changes? Is it the location? Are is it that corporate just doesn’t care. And They are not even reviewing the comments

This was terrible. Their service was fast but when I got home with the food I saw why it was so fast. I ordered a double cheeseburger and what I got was a cheeseburger with the incorrect meat. Not only that the meat tasted stale and was very dried. The ketchup packs were stuck to each other and they the then on to of my cold and overly salted fries. I had for orders and spent over $35.00 there. Sufficed to say, wll be the latest time I go there.

The honey butter chicken biscuit is sooo good! Customer service is always great at this location, I just hate the way the drive thru line is set up.

I went through the drive-thru today to grab some food for my team. I ordered a small fry and decided to try the new Tangerine Lemonade and OMG, it was sooo good! When I got back to work, I couldn’t stop sipping it. They forgot to give me a straw, but I didn’t even care. I just took the lid off and sipped until it was all gone. I’d definitely go back just for that lemonade alone!
The fries were hot, crispy, and even better with some ketchup. My teammate was happy with his food too. All around, it was a great pick-me-up during the day.

ordered both yesterday and today on the Favor app and both of my orders were wrong and cold i specifically asked for certain things to be taken off of my burgers and they still made it like how it comes i guess since it’s for a delivery order they don’t care how they do it obviously because there’s no way both times it was wrong never eating here again
