This location needs better management. Terrible experience. Waited 5 minutes to get my order taken. And 20 minutes for my food to come out. Told me to pull over and park and kept bringing the wrong order. This was my visit August 1st at 9:15PM. I do not recommend coming to this Wendys! Sad excuse for a franchise.

Went through the drive-thru at this location a little while ago to get my 8 month pregnant wife the fries she was craving. The person who took our order was, I won’t say rude but definitely not friendly or patient. Got our food and made the mistake of not checking it before leaving only to discover once at home that they didn’t put our chicken nuggets in the bag. I thought about going back but they didn’t give me a receipt either. In addition, the fries were old, soggy and terrible, my wife could only describe her burger as sad and the “fresh baked” cookie we got was kinda burned. This is the second time in the last month or so we’ve come here and had a less than ideal experience (both occasions the fries were old and terrible). I thought Wendy’s was supposed to be a better quality quick serve establishment and that their big thing was fresh to order fries. Don’t think we’ll return to this location any time soon.

I have had issues with this Wendy’s before, but let it go because I understand if someone is inexperienced or if they don’t have enough people working. Yesterday was different! The issue was with the manager who was more concerned about explaining what I did wrong in the way I ordered than in fixing it. She would not listen & was just trying to get me to admit what I did wrong. I finally just asked for my money back, but she refused. I ended up writing my order down on paper, then she took my debit card back in the store to correct the charges (no way she was going to give someone as incompetent as me a free drink!) I won’t go to this Wendy’s again-with a manager so clueless about customer service, the young people who work there are just being trained to be rude. I can accept honest mistakes & inexperience, but an atmosphere of hostility against the customer is unacceptable.

The staff here is SUPER friendly and the food is fresh and really good. I’m not usually a big fan of Wendy’s, but I really like this one. If you’re in the area around Plano and Beltline and you’re hungry, definitely stop in and give them a try

Fast and good service. Ordered 200+ burgers for my feed the humgry/homeless program by ICNA Relief to be ready on a Sunday morning by 10.30 and I got the burgers at 10.30 sharp beat service I have ever seen so far in Wendy’s. Food was hot and fresh to eat.

Tall bald middle aged POC male was extremely rude. I thought the dining room closed at 10, so I stayed a little bit past 9. He came to me and said “hello, hey, hey! Dining room closes at 9. You gotta go!” While making a rude “shoo” gesture at me. He was even rude to a previous customer before me bc he gave her a sweet tea instead of unsweet.

Update:. Had sausage,egg, and cheese biscuit combo and it was good. The Frostichino (spelling?) Came with combo, got vanilla and very tasty. Crispy wedge fries also included fresh and crispy.
