I love the food here and most of the staff is amazing… There is one lady who doesn’t like giving me extra sauce for my burger/fries. I offer to pay extra but it seems to be an issue giving me extra ranch or bbq. Other than her this place is amazing.

This location had my order wrong unfortunately. We asked for one hamburger 4 for 4 meal and one crispy chicken 4 for4 upgraded meal. We discovered when we returned to work we had 2 hamburger 4 for 4 meals. One of which had a barely cooked hamburger patty that was cold and pink in the middle. The other hamburger while cooked correctly was barely warm and the chicken nuggets that came with both meals while were cooked correctly they were warmish and hard. They must have been sitting around for a while. Honestly on the uncooked hamburger it looked like they placed it on the grill flipped it over a few times to pick up the color from the cooking grease and made the sandwich. The meat was still red and had the sticky consistency of raw hamburger meat inside. I just hope this is an isolated incident and not the new norm for this wendy’s location.
