Stopped here on my lunch break, very frustrating at first they left off one of my fries from the order so I had to go back through the line then I left took a sip of my Diet Coke and it’s out of course. So tired of paying for stuff and not getting it or it being poor quality smh couldn’t even enjoy my short lunch break getting lunch for my daughter and I. The person running the drive thru window at 2:30pm on 11/2 had the absolute worst attitude and customer service I have ever seen in my TWENTY YEARS of experience. They lost my order and when I said something about it, she immediately got defensive and combative with me. She tried to blame the screw up on the “unusual” amount of orders she had piling up. Welcome to the customer service industry. If you can’t handle it, then figure out a way to IMPROVE YOURSELF or move on to something else. Don’t burden the customers with your horrible attitude and lackluster skills. She’s lucky my order was correct otherwise I would have been even more upset. Oh, if you try saying just ONE word to her, she cuts you off and gets defensive. Get her more training to fix this issue or move on to someone else.

I had a order that was missing items through Uber. When I made the report in Uber eats they did not give me a refund. So I called Wendy’s and they told me they were out and that Uber should have offered me another item in replacement. They never did but I was offered a free replacement tenders when I came in later that week. The closing manager was very friendly and willing to help me get my moneys worth when Uber failed to give me an option to get a different item.

EVERY time we order ubereats from this location, something is missing. They also never put any of the condiments I’ve checked off into the bag. I just want what ive paid for. I am getting tired of having to ask uber for a refund because we’re missing food.
