Absolutely terrible. My burger and fries are cold fries taste like they are an hour old. The meat on my burger is t even warm. And the bun is hard like it’s been sitting out in the open air a couple days.

Order a breakfast croissant from app at 9:45am. Upon arriving to pick up up they said they are out of croissants. But offered biscuit. I said please cancel order. They couldn’t cancel order because it was made on app. Tried to cancel on app, got an error. Employee called the GM and he said Wendy’s stopped serving breakfast across all locations but offered me a biscuit. Said he couldn’t do anything about a refund because app provider is separate company. Why are you advertising breakfast with a sign in your window and app and on Google if you no longer serve breakfast.
Contacted app customer service they said they can’t refund because this is a franchise location. So no one can refund my

This is the best Wendy’s and we’ve been to alot as it’s all my daughter likes. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Managers have all been amazing as well. We usually come here around 10am after my daughters appointment and the food is always fresh

Not a good experience. They didnt have any chicken nuggets, strips or sandwhiches , no Tea and I aked for no veggies on burgers and I had pickles on burgers, when I got burgers they supposed of been double stacks, but only had 1 patty on them, I asked manager and she said out of double stack patties so we just put thicker patties on your burgers which was a lie. They had Hispanic music blaring loud. One of employees came over to table and apoligized for the music and apologized about everything, I do thank him but the other staff was acting fools in there dancing to music not caring about customers. Im glad im not a regular here and wont return here. Explains why she threw my receipt in trash and disnt give it to me.

Quinn, the manager, was very welcoming and friendly. Made sure I was taken care of. I had a slight bad taste to my French Toast sticks and brought it up to Nick and he said he would do better. I was eating in this morning and Quinn brought the “better” French Toast to me and he was correct, they were much better.
I will eat at this Wendy’s again and hope the rest can learn from Quinn

Placed a mobile order and paid in the app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I waited about 7 minutes before anyone even spoke, and there was no apology. After giving my name, I was told to pull forward and then waited another 10 minutes with no other customers around. When I went back to the window, the manager had no idea what was going on and was extremely rude, offering zero help. I never received my food and was basically dismissed. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I’ve always been a wendys fan. Food and service was better at this location than most, and there was no line compared to what a burger next door. However, the prices keep increasing, and I just paid $15.31 for a meal. Ridiculous!

I go to Wendy’s for their Dave’s double and the Chicken burgers. Both are extremely delicious and the fries are so well seasoned. The overall experience is just Yumm!
Update: Also tried their chicken nuggets and chocolate frosty. Both are really tasty, specially the hype around the frosty is sort of real!
Update 2: Had their grilled chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich, both were really tender, juicy and overall delicious!

Ordered online and picked up through the drive-thru—everything went smoothly. Service was friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. Definitely the best Wendy’s around. Keep it up!
