This was my first visit to this location. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and nuggets. The sandwich was old and not fresh at all, which was disappointing. I waited 5 minutes for my order, presumably because they were cooking the nuggets, the sandwich was still a letdown. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

I don’t usually complain about mistakes but this experience was terrible. I waited a long time for my order despite no one else being in line, when I got my order I was missing a drink and an entree. I parked and went inside to tell them. The gave me the drink with like 2 pieces of ice and my 10 piece nugget, and when I counted later there was only 8 nuggets. I had also ordered a 4 piece tender and there was only 3. Waste of time and money

I think it’s pathetic that I was given cold nuggets, and fries so damn old and hard, I couldn’t even eat them. A simple order and the food can’t be fresh, and if that don’t beat all, one of my nuggets was bitten off. Very reason why I hardly do fast food because of issues like this. Never will I eat this nasty old mess again!!!!

I’ve eaten here 3 times and each time there was an issue with the order.
1. Got the wrong burger
2. Fries were old and cold.
3. They did not make my order the way I asked, instead just the way it normally comes. Some people don’t like ketchup on their burger.

The kid at the drive thru had that “I dont wanna be here, Im too good for this place” attitude. When I get to the window he opens it and just stares at me doesn’t tell me the total or anything at all. I asked for a receipt he said they were out of printer paper. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB THERE, WHAT A JOKE OF AN ” EMPLOYEE ” food was awful to top it off.

i just went through the drive thru about 30 mins ago and ordered the #12 which is supposed to be a hot honey spicy chicken sandwich with no dill chips and i definitely didn’t get what i ordered at all. i will NEVER be back to this location again seeing as how they obviously don’t know their own menu (even after i corrected them during my order) and can’t give out the correct order. i tried to call the store and the phone just kept ringing. and people want 15+ an hour to work in fast food. what a joke

Went in only for a free spicy chicken sandwich offered through T-Mobile. Added bacon & cheese pub fries. The sandwich was ok, and the bun looked fresh. Tomato was covered with mayo but looked pretty pale. Chicken was crispy and tasted decent. The pub fries were very sloppy and looked like they were reheated. The potatoes looked barely cooked. They were filling and tasted fine. Service was friendly and restaurant was clean.
