False Advertisement!!!!!!! The combo is priced the same as the sandwich, when I explained to the manager Laura of their negligence, she wasn’t willing to price match the posted price. Was very hungry after a 5 hour flight today and was craving Wendy’s. I pull up to the window to pay for my 6 nuggets and whoever was working the drive thru, curly hair girl lightskin ish with her hair in a bun was so rude. She was rude when I asked what the sauce choices were and then the Apple Pay card reader wasn’t functioning and instead of being polite about trying again she was rude and said this wasn’t her first time taking a payment before. My sister and I were nice but at one point asked why she was being so rude and she ignored us. Very bad service I hope someone at corporate sees this as her overall attitude and demeanour is turning customers away. This occurred on January 22, 2026 at about 9:15pm

The food was pretty good, BUT the drive through worker had a DISREPECTFUL attitude.
You cannot order from the workers. You can only order from the Kiosk inside. The kiosk informs you to ask for your cups at the counter. The drive through worker said “Well there’s just 2 of us, so you need to wait a minute,” with a scowl on her face.

The kiosk also says to ask for your receipt when you get your food. When I asked for the receipt, the worker rolled her eyes at me and said “receipts don’t print for Kiosk orders”.

Terrible service!!!!

worse service. I made a purchase using a gift card and had to pay the remaining balance. They were able to help me so they canceled my order and told me to redo it. My gift card never got refunded. Reached out to customer service and keep going back and forth. They are not giving me my money back but instead giving me a $5 back as a coupon. So basically took my money which was more than $5 that they are giving me back. I am so confused. Isn’t that robbery?

I have been to this location many times. This is one of the few fast food locations specifically Wendy’s, that when I order online and pull up to the window, I dont have to check on my order at all. The staff is always super friendly and the management here is amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

The ladies in the drive thru were put out that I bothered them on a Saturday evening. They were rude and it was all I could do to kill then with kindness. Food was subpar.

I am in the area for a conference and needed to grab a bite for dinner and this location was within walking distance of my hotel. When I entered the facility I noticed it was extremely clean. They had kiosks close to the door and I reviewed the food choices and made my selection. I don’t know if I missed seeing the option to print a receipt or I wasn’t asked, but that is a small negative as I am here on business and an actual receipt is better than a charge on my statement. The food was prepared in a timely manner which I took to go. The wrap could have used a little more ranch dressing. I also purchased a salad to have for lunch today. The container was a bit smaller than I remember from the past, but the ingredients look fresh. I also ordered a frosty which was thick like I prefer. The employee I interacted with was friendly. Overall, a great experience.

Ma’am I know you hate your job, believe me I worked fast food it sucks, but you don’t gotta take it out on the customer.

I know the customer deserves it sometimes, but all I was doing was asking for basic things (I didn’t know you use the kiosk to order it was in the corner, she seemed so bothered that I asked her at all, and then I messed up my order on the kiosk by pressing the wrong button) and she acted so annoyed doing the bare minimum requirements of her job. I wasn’t even acting rude, just asked basic stuff calmly. I felt attacked the moment I walked in for not immediately knowing what to do despite never being in a Wendys like this.

Ma’am you don’t understand, my bar was so low walking in and you just had to go and convey to me that even that’s too high. LMAO

I had a terrible visit here today around 4pm and I can’t imagine this kind of ugly behavior which I have received! I went to pick up my mobile order. I was the only customer there. I went to the pickup area and an employee with turquoise color uniform from the kitchen loudly asked me what I am here for. I told her I am here to pickup my mobile order. She asked my name and I gave my name. probably she didn’t understand and asked me again. I again gave her my name. she rudely said I NEED A NAME! I told her I already told you my name twice and I see only 1 order is being processed on the screen and there is no other customer here. Her response “ I DON’T CARE, I NEED A NAME”. I told her I gave you my name already twice! She said I don’t see your name. the screen doesn’t show name, it shows initials for order. She then rudely said what’s your initial? I told her. She just ignored me and grab some food and walk other side of the restaurant. I felt so harassed and profiled! Then I was waiting and after a while she came back grabbed a bag with my food in it. I opened the bag, and foods were just dumped inside. She just gave me a look. I still held myself and told her I am waiting for my drinks also. She got more upset and with a dirty attitude handed over the drinks and walked away!
We live in a very nice community here around the store and this could be the worst possible experience! We have discussed this within our community and will surely make a corporate complain asking for an explanation! We don’t want this kind of untrained employee can work here!
Last year I gave a 5 start review for this place, today i took it down. they don’t deserve it!
