The food was your typical Wendy’s fast food which is quick and easy. However, I am so upset right now. Their fountain drink machine ruined brand new $250 Theory pants that I wore for the first time today and $400 common projects. I ordered my food from the cashier and went to grab a vitamin water. I noticed the machine was squirting out red syrup stuff. However, I didn’t realize it was shooting out all over the floor and on my clothes. I told the cashier London and she said someone would come check it out. A few minutes later, I saw another employee come out to refill their coke with no problem along with other customers. I guess I’m the unlucky one because it only happen on the red syrup drinks like the strawberry citrus vitamin water. The coke was just fine. Anyways just be careful with your clothes. Wendy’s clean your machine and service it.

This has never been the best Wendy’s, but lately it has slipped even further and seriously needs improvement. I order from here regularly, and almost every delivery arrives stale and lukewarm. It’s not a delivery issue—I’ve even paid extra for direct delivery, and the food still comes stale. I tolerated it only because the Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce made the meals bearable. But when I opened DoorDash recently, I found it had been removed and replaced with two new sauces: Scorchin’ Hot and Wendy’s Signature Dipping Sauce. Both are extremely mediocre. The Scorchin’ sauce isn’t spicy and tastes bland, and the signature sauce tastes like a tweaked tartar sauce, which is odd considering they don’t sell fish. So now they deliver stale food and removed the only thing that kept me coming back. I won’t be returning to Wendy’s, and I definitely won’t be ordering delivery from this location again.

I have given up on most fast food restaurants b/c it’s hard to find franchises these days that do FTO’s (Fresh to Order)! I like Wendy’s, but I have had disappointing experiences at other locations (not all locations are bad) so I will be Grateful/do my part to highlight the ones that deserve the spot light for great work done! I work really hard for my money as I am sure all of you do, I will not give a fast food place my repeated business if they lack in giving good food service. So I had to work over the holiday weekend & decided to stop by this location, I am glad I did! Everything I ordered was correct & FRESH! I had to work close to this location for the whole week so I stopped by here twice being pressed on time & both times my order was Great, Correct & Fresh!!!

I ordered the new Thin Mint Cookie Vanilla Frosty. I thought it was pretty good but I would have like cookie chunks. It basically was a vanilla frosty with chocolate syrup that was gritty (crushed cookie).

The manager, José, is rude and arrogant. I politely asked what kind of sauces they had, and he refused to tell me. He just said, “You should look for them on the screen.” Terrible service, and it’s not the first time this has happened. You can always see the fear on the employees’ faces when he’s around.

Very poor attitude towards customers and the way he talks to customers…. I feel sorry for all the other employees. Just seeing how he interacts with people, the almost fear on the other employees faces.
He’s creating a very poor and toxic work environment and that leaks onto the normal customers that go in every day that have to deal with THAT

My wife and I have been coming to this Wendy’s for going on 15 years and amazingly Jose has been the manager the entire time. Jose is able to maintain an excellent staff and as a result, excellent food quality and service. With so many of the fast food businesses, the quality of food and service is marginal and the employees simply don’t care. but here if you have any kind of an issue or concern all you have to do is tell Jose and he will make sure that they makes it right for you!

Got the “Wednesday” Meal of Misfortune and the sauces were interesting. Fav was sweet chili flavored and the color of purple blood! The dark cherry frosty was frikin awesome and delicious. The staff was super friendly.
