Right after lunch rush & I was headed to South Tulsa to my husbands’ DR. appointment I wouldn’t be eating again for five or six hours, tomato smelled spoiled & rotten I only notice at halfway through the barely warm leathery dry burger and could not eat the other one it was a two bacon cheeseburger special Fries were hot warm barely edible… So very disappointed and on my way back through Sand springs I stopped at the same Wendy’s and requested a replacement meal and gave them a description of what had happened and I never even touched the other Burger bc it was that GROSS a special two bacon cheeseburgers fries and a drink for 8 dollars DONT PAWN UR NASTY LUNCH LEFTOVERS TO ME!!! FRESH OR I WONT BE BACK PLEASE
AND THE LADY THAT WAS TALKING TO ME OVER THE INTERCOM MENU OUTSIDE SOUNDED LIKE SHE WAS FROM ENGLAND BUT SHE SAID THAT THEY DON’T REPLACE ANYTHING UNLESS theres a RECEIPT …WELL I didn’t have that but
STILL HAD MOST OF WHAT WAS LEFT OF meal IN THE BAG THAT IT CAME IN SHE REMEMBERED Me & I just said I’m not trying to get a refund I’m trying to get a replacement meal because it was barely warm & just gross I still have one whole burger in the bag. Manager never apologized for the GROSS NEGLECT to serve it fresh OR hot just unacceptable EVEN if it was $8 fries are cheap enuf & soda pennies at least serve a HOT cooked burger not dry and cold with fresh sliced tomato…Just gross!!! I won’t ever go back!!!

Went through the drive thru, ordered a #2 (baconator). Get home, not one piece of bacon. Called the place, they tell me they are out of bacon. Not sure why they didn’t say so at the moment of ordering. I would show a picture but for some reason, I can’t. But I did take a picture, and I’ll bring it with me when I go back, and show them this review too. Charging me for a sandwich without warning of lack of ingredients is pathetic and insulting.

I had came through here a few nights ago & it was around 10:30 first of all they acted bothered I came and ordered after I got off work and second my order was completely messed up I specifically ordered the Dave’s single burger With no cheese Add everything else combo and when I get home I looked at My receipt I got rang up for a double cheeseburger. The cheeseburger had nothing on it and I got a half empty fry. I came through here to get something different because I had just got off work, but I was disappointed with this visit. I really had high hopes for this location.

Been going there for 20 years, food has always been consistent. Would be nice if the franchise added to the menu.

31/ 5/ 2022 i went Wendy to pick up to hamburger. On the way to come home. I ate and recheck in my food and realized that have the fly inside my food. I came back Wendy immediately in 10 mins to solve it and want to refund my money .The staffs of Wendy accept this is their fault but they cant solve or refund . They told me to come there again to meet their mananger. On 1/6/2022 i came there again and the manager was not there and they continue to suggest me to came back the other days. I came there 3 times and no one solve to me. I tried to call in Wendy website to complain and report it but no one answer me . I also send the message include the phone number and the email to customer service but after 2 weeks . NO ONE call me or feedback to me. They was lost the potencial clients like me and my friends. I never ate anything from Wendy anymore. Bad Service and dont have any responsibility

Debbie was very helpful, kind and professional in fixing my order issue.
Felt great to have that experience with her as you never know how things will go in fast food. Also since they have remodeled the food seems better etc, still have mishaps with orders here and there but was pleasantly surprised with the kindness and quick approach she took to fix it. Great job!

Nice clean restaurant. Not what Wendy’s use to be with the Square Burger but decent fast food. The Apple Pecan Salad was descent.
