Okay so I actually wanted to say why can’t I use half a star or minus stars that’s for Google to update with but anyways if they had it I’d used minus a star and now you will know why because my family goes with a 3 strike process if we eat out anywhere that place has workers that means they might have someone having a bad day or somethings wrong so we take this into consideration and as such in my opinion this was our second visit and we got the exact same treatment and just for asking for some extra napkins we made them mad so yeah plus not to mention finally the point of this review we’ve gotten the same thing twice and it was screwed up exactly the same way we ordered Dave’s Triple no lettuce and we received gum for buns very stale and the Patties as you can see we’re dried out completely when you order a burger you expect something now I understand it’s a fast food place but there is only so long you can leave those patties on the heaters and the tomato slice one per person was small yes I know it happens but a soured slice not my favorite flavor also it appeared to have extra ketchup and little onions in my thoughts I ordered a Dave’s Triple made regular just no lettuce and two orders got done the bad way well my father is ex military and he says he’d rather have some more bugs to eat then this because we both went through a bottle of water a piece and we I ate what I could because it was lunch and we can’t stay an talk and being busy just like another reviewer said too busy for getting bad fast food instead of fast food faster option I will be hesitant to try a third time and for Everyone willing to read my review have a Blessed Day Sorry to have bad news but I can’t help it I can only share what my experience was oh and it’s pretty bad when the Patty’s suck the moisture from your tongue

I went through the drive through. The lady that took my order was really nice. In regards to the food. It was substance- addressed my hunger. The food was almost warm. I paid for a combo which comes with a medium fry but it wasn’t half full more like a small. And my burger was drowned in ketchup. I said no mayo add mustard. No extra ketchup. I would advise to check your bag before you pull off.

the girl with the unprofessionally bright red wig has a very bad attitude and barely wanted to give me any crackers when they barely gave me any when i asked for extra. no “have a good day” no “hello how are you” just silence and a dirty look. i don’t know what her problem is but tell her to tone it down.

Used to come here all the time and I came here and the service was just awful. The lady on the speaker kept making dramatic remarks and sighs and all I ordered was two meals. She then didn’t tell us the price just “pull forward” all rude.

Service was ok, but the food was solid. Burger was pretty fresh, nuggets were hot (not quite fresh, but hot), fries were fairly fresh and I got my sauce. If it wasn’t for the lack luster customer service I would likely give them 5 stars. Not that the service was BAD mind you, just eh.

Terrible service in the drive thru tonight. Hopefully first night training on the job…

Help me calm down and tell me if it’s worth it to go back.

1) I was never greeted at the drive thru. I waited a few minutes (because theylookes busy), called out, amd immediately greeted.
2) I had to repeat my order, and it was completely wrong when I opened up all my items
3) I didn’t receive a receipt (my oversight and ultimate ownership) , so I don’t feel like I have any evidence to support any claim to return and rectify.
4) What I ordered:
#1 combo, Single (with cheese) No onions
Sub fries with Bacon & Cheese Potato and a side of sour cream
Large Coke Zero, Easy Ice

What I got:
#1 combo, Single No Cheese, with onions
Chive & Sour Cream Potatoe
Large Coke Zero, extra ice

Not my first issue with this location, but definitely the one issue that broke my trust in the product and service.

Paid 4 dollars for their Cinnabon dessert and the frosting is sour and the Cinnabon is hard, rock hard. They said I could drive back and get a refund but it would cost as much in gas just to get money back. Frankly I’m more concerned frosting is sour like mustard…

Half the time my burger drowning in ketchup and mayo. Then the greedy corporation wants to charge for one single pack of scorching hot sauce. I’m not asking for a bag of sauces I’m asking for one single sauce with my meal. Greed and poor quality of service. Zero stars!
