19 min to get Wendy’s…..I expect the food to be what it is, which was fine….but the fries were cold, manager never said a word, neither did the staff….19 min….thats ridiculous. If my food had been piping hot, maybe….but it certainly wasn’t. They were steady but not slammed. But nothing should stop then from acknowledging a near 20 min wait for fast food. A “sorry for your wait” goes a long way….being ignored goes even farther…like not going to a Wendy’s for a couple of years, and trying to discourage anyone from going to THIS Wendy’s location ever again. Do better. $20 for a #1 and a $7 biggie bag…..nearly 20 min. Plenty of other places to eat near this location. Went there not for amazing special food….went there because we had about 30 minutes between work engagements, and spent 20 of that waiting on the food. Never again

We went and got food for my best friend and there was an old lady in drive through who was not customer oriented at all. She was rushing us out of the drive thru. I have worked fast food and for Wendy’s before at that. We asked for ranch and she says it cost she didn’t give us time at the window to ask instead have us pull forward. We tell her when we need ranch when she comes out and tells us it cost like when? She was rude as can be I recommend someone give her a customer service training course.

I was attended by him manager Ruben. I just wanted to thank him why he helped me a lot in deciding on good hamburgers. I asked him to decide for me and I liked the decision he made. The store and staff have changed a lot and you notice the improvements. It is a quiet place, not so long run by many people. Drive thru failed us again!!! My granddaughters kids meal came with NO fries and we dont realize til after we get home!!!!! Really frustrating! This is not the first failed order at this store, and im not driving all the way back! Congrats, you got me!

I actually love Wendy’s but had the worst experience today. I ordered my food online and selected drive thru to pick it up. There was no one in line but they immediately sent me to the online pickup parking space. I had to wait for a good five minutes. When the guy brought my food he had two sacks. He said he didn’t know which one was my sack so he took the wrapped hamburger out of the sack with his bare hands and opened it up see if that particular sandwich was mine with bacon. Then he dropped the rest of my food. So he handed me the partially unwrapped hamburger and went back in the store to replace the rest. Needless to say I was and am very dissatisfied. There was no receipt either. So I may or may not have the correct order. Who knows ‍♀️?

It was great… food was good and the attendant even noticed my status as a veteran and thanked me. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars…this is the second time in a month I have been to this location and the ketchup dispenser is still broken…..

It was okay, the most of the workers where not using gloves or hair nets… they took atleast 20 minutes to make our food, mess it up and then fix it, they had another customer who got a chicken sandwich instead of a burger.. in the end we got our food and got out of there
