Extremely unprofessional experience. The doors were locked to the restroom during business hours with no explanation, forcing customers to order. When I finally placed my order, I received an Asiago Ranch sandwich with no ranch on it at all.
When I asked for ranch, the GM refused and said, “That’s what we put on it,” even though there was clearly nothing on the sandwich. No apology, no attempt to fix the mistake, just attitude and denial.
If basic customer service and accuracy aren’t a priority here, it shows. Very disappointing experience and not somewhere I’d recommend.

I hate how every time I come here after I pay, I get told to pull forward and wait. I mean I get that the drive thru time is important, but when it’s literally u and one other car there and both of y’all are pulled, that just shows that their being lazy and taking advantage of parking cars. There needs to be some new management in this place ASAP. As a manager at Wendy’s in Norman, my employees would never be allowed to act like that.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredily rude and the food was bad. They asked us to pull forward and wait for 1 meal, 1 burger and a cup of chili. We waited almost 15min while 4 other vehicles got bags of food. When they finally brought ours out, everything was cold. The onions were rotten on the chili and the chili was room temperature. The staff all had bad attitudes and spent more time smoking in the parking lot than doing their jobs. I’ll never go back.

They need to work on their customer service skills a little better. They waste time trying to cut corners more than anything and customer’s time. I’ve had my order messed up more than once and I don’t stutter. Y’all need to plan for rushes better! You’d cut your drive thru time down if you guys actually listened and stop being too lazy to grab sauce from the back or just put any sauce that’s useless to some people. Don’t cut people off either because you’ll need to end going back and fix something anyways.

I usually like Wendy’s, but this drive thru was really bad. Wrong order…15 minute wait for chicken nuggets & fries (employee said the fryer was down for a while, but they didn’t say anything while ordering at the drive thru. I won’t be back.

The food was alright to be honest, we were the only ones in line and still got cold fries and a bag thrown together nuggets and fries dumped all in the bag. Other then that food wasn’t bad would try again.

I don’t think this Wendy’s has had any renovations ever. It appears to be one from the 90s with space on the floor for the salad bar, but removed, just empty space. Food was ok. Potatoes shrunk so did the sour cream packs. Place was mostly empty.

He’s in the way no help rude no ppl skills and employees treating to quit cuz he’s in the way when there trying to work he will literally throw the food towards u across the counter & don’t dare ask for anything other than what he gives cuz here comes the attitude
The other employees are very helpful and working as they can to get u great service
