Our order was correct but the food just wasn’t good. My spicy chicken sandwich had no spice and tasted like an old frozen chicken patty.
It took over 20 minutes to get our food as well. The sink in the mens restroom didn’t work until I messed with it.
We won’t be back.

Want to give a huge shout out to Isaac and his crew, I bring all of my grandchildren through every couple of weeks for lunch and there are 20 of them. No kidding…..He’s always so patient and kind. His entire crew are great people. We really appreciate a place to gather together as a family that has extraordinary patients with us every time. Thank you

This place looks a little old… But the service was fine ..food was good.. I received the wrong sandwich.. breakfast sandwich… So it was at the cut off time for breakfast so I just ate it .. sausage English muffin with egg and cheese … It was ‘ok” the English muffin was so soft it tasted doughy… The texture seemed all wrong. Stella loved he baconator breakfast sandwich …. She actually gave me a couple of bites…. I liked it too. She also ordered the pumpkin pie frosty …. She loved it.

If I can rate 0 stars I so would because this is literally the 3rd time within the past week and a half where my order has been messed up at this location. I ordered 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers and used my rewards app to get my chicken nuggets free and I come back to where I was and start eating and one of my burgers has no meat, no cheese, no bacon. So when I call the store to tell them, the guy I spoke to thought I said all my burgers had none of that on there when I specifically said just one didn’t have any meat cheese or bacon and he said he was one of the ones that made my 4 burgers. Smh This Wendy’s is a disappointment and probably won’t ever go back to this location!! Every time I had went up there to order the past 2 times I went inside and it took them a while to even take my order so i don’t know if they are just short handed on employees or employees didn’t show up for their shifts but Wendy’s yall need to get it together!

The first time, I couldn’t eat the fries. They were old and crunchy.
This visit: I waited at the counter to place my order, and I was ignored for about 15 minutes. There was one customer in the dining room and two cars in the drive thru.
There were 6 employees on duty, including the manager. The manager was at the loby register, correcting an issue, not once did he acknowledge me. The employees looked at me, but none acknowledged me. I ordered a Dave’s Double Cheese Burger. And it cost me $10.87. I will add the picture.
I will not be back to this location. Unfriendly and unprofessional. From Manager down to the newest employee.

I’m not a real big fan of Wendy’s but I like this store. I place a order and it’s fast and the food is hot. It’s convenient for me to visit because it’s close to where I’m living and it’s just off the main sidewalk.

Went through the drive-thru at about 12:35 a.m. order a number one double and a caramel crunch frosting a medium my order came to $17 when I got my order I checked it everything was there at appeared got home to eat it the French fries were cold I was giving a single Patty cheeseburger cheese was not melted and the Patty was cold I ordered it with no salt so I would not advise anyone to go to this Wendy’s on May avenue

I just left the drive-through. I ordered a Jr cheese burger biggie bag. I upgraded to a medium and fresh lemonade. I got home to discover my nuggets were not in the bag. I attempted to call the establishment to make them aware. However, after one ring, the line would hang up. I attempted numerous times. The nuggets are not an issue. The fact that it sounds like someone is answering but then hanging up is crazy to me. .
