My family and I have been going here begrudgingly for years. It’s the closest Wendy’s to us but with all the hassle we’ve dealt with up there it’s just not worth it. We went through the drive thru and it took 30m for us to order and then get our food. After pulling forward to wait longer on our order they bring it out without any sauces. We had to go back inside to get the sauces we had ordered. When we got home we then noticed they gave us a plane potato without and toppings or the butter and sour cream for it. They also didn’t give us any silverware. But don’t worry it gets more annoying, the baconater burger we ordered had ONE piece of bacon cut in half on the burger. I enjoy the food but it’s really just not worth the hassle of going anymore. Hope this helps anyone to not waste their hard earned money!

Ordered the #3 and two hours later I started feeling violently sick. I don’t believe they thoroughly cooked the nuggets. This is day 2 of food poisoning. I’ve never felt this horrible in my life. Will not be going back.

Jd is extremely rude yelling and all I simply asked to make my drinks and was told i could cancel if I didnt like the service. I have never been treated like this at this facility she needs to go. I showed up after 2 hours of swim class for 3 kids and needing to get to work so I ordered ahead. I ended up leaving with no food and she refused my refund as I explained i couldn’t wait anymore I have a very strict job that allowed no grace for tardiness.

Walked in and immediately noticed a person sleeping in the dining area. As I ordered I mentioned someone was laying down covered up sleeping inside. As I put my order in I tried to order chili but they were out so I got fries instead. I ordered to dine in and when my order came in it was in a bag to go. At the drink machine half the drinks were malfunctioning. Tried to get catchup but they were out also. Inside it was well lit but not clean. I ate my food and as I was leaving I noticed the same person still sleeping in the same spot. The food was ok but I can not recommend this Wendy’s. Feb 29, 2024 7:30pm

Ordered the #3 medium with a sprite. I got whatever this was with a medium fry that was half filled with cold fries. The 4th picture was of the free hair I got in my burger. I’ll not be returning, this food is disgusting and shouldn’t have the Wendy’s name on it

Worst Wendy’s ever! I ordered in the app to pick up in the drive thru. I was asked to pull forward and park so that my food would be fresh and hot…HA! They forgot about me. I waited 10 minutes and then went inside to get my food that was just sitting there. The fries were stale and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The burger was ice cold and flavorless. The saucy nuggets were ice cold. The baked potatoes were missing the chives. I should’ve went across the street to McDonald’s!!

After several hours and multiple appointments on the opposite end of town, my growling stomach was unrelenting — and made some very vocal demands. In compliance, I grabbed a quick bite at the local Wendy’s – and wasn’t disappointed with my choice. As usual — my meal was fast, hot and delicious. I left with a quiet and extremely content belly – which made the remainder of the day infinitely more manageable.

Holy Hamburgers!!! A fast food restaurant that actually gets the orders correct. : ) Few and far between. I love their $4 meals that include a sandwich, nuggets, fries and a drink. We are a family of 5 and getting all that for each person for $20 is a great deal. I will say that every Wendy’s I ever go to has the worst lettuce on their sandwiches. I always take it off bc it’s usually a hard, crunchy piece. Besides that everything else is good. The frostys are yum!

Went thru drive thru have been in ER for over 9 hours used there drive thru. Only order 2 burgers off value menu one bacon cheeseburger one jr deluxe. Got back to ER that’s right across the street BURGERS SO COLD AND NOT RIGHT! SO I CALL THINKING NO BIG DEAL PROBABLY MISTAKE THEYLL PROBABLY FIX IT. NOPE!! TOLD MANAGER IS SAYING HE DID NOT DO IT WRONG AND GUY ON PHONE SAYING HE CANT ARGUE WITH MANAGER HE SHOULD OF PUT MANAGER ON PHONE BUT WAS SORTA SMART LIKE THEY KNOW BETTER . ITS MY FOOD WHY WOULD I LIE AND OFFER TO BRING BURGERS BACK. THIS HOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS AND BECOME KNOW AS NOT GOOD PLACE TO EAT. DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO FIX IT!!! SO I’m calling it a loss and will never go back to this wendys again so heads up any one at norman regional!
