Sadly after reading other reviews of this location I feel the need to add my two cents as everyone is having the same experience. Avoid this Wendy’s.
I feel my order was pretty simple, two combo meals and two order of chicken tenders.
Everything seemed fine even after being told to pull forward and park when there was nobody else in the drive-thru. I’m going to stop pulling forward as it is a huge inconvenience.
The employee brought out my food and was pleasant and then asked if we had a mobile order.
I decided to check the food to make sure it was right only to notice that we were missing a sandwich.
They said keep the food and they will remake our order. After waiting 10 more minutes, they said it would be 15 more minutes. We asked for our money back. Ended up waiting more than 35 minutes for a simple order.
I will never visit that location again and I will absolutely go out of my way to make sure everyone I know that lives in that area never goes there again.
Obviously this location has a major issue and it usually starts with the ownership and the managers.

Complete disappointment and wast of time and money. I should’ve got paid for this crap. Last time I ever eat at a wendys. Even BK’s better than this. Made fresh my butter. That burger was garbage took one bite threw it away, fries cold as can be half raw too. Would’ve asked to remake but after the rude attitude I got ordering I just left. Hope corporate sorts them out or an inspector. What’s wrong with people these days after covid?? They can just treat customers like trash and get away with it. I guess that’s normal now. I don’t really blame the workers, it’s the managers/corporate allowing this to go on. Hope they pick their game up and treat customers professionally with kindness and actually give a damn about the food they are making. I paid way to much for a bag of food to receive an attitude from the start and a bag of poorly made garbage 10 minutes later.

Everything seemed fine even after being told to pull forward and park when there was nobody else in the drive-thru. The employee brought out my food and was pleasant and apologized for the time it took. As per habit after covid I decided to check the food to make sure it was right only to notice that the wrap was not what I expected. I wish I would have taken a picture to do it justice. I mean they didn’t even try, it wasn’t even wrapped in the paper and the chicken wrap didn’t even resemble what it was supposed to be. It’s as if somebody had no clue what they were even doing. Decided to take this inedible item back inside to show them what I had found. Of course the manager I believe is the one that made the food would not even look at me and apologize. Then after the younger employee asking me if I wanted them to remake it I responded with just give me a single cheeseburger hoping that that is the one thing they excel at. As I was leaving I left the poorly made chicken wrap on the counter I was told by a female employee that I needed to take that and throw it in the garbage. I believe she said something about them not being allowed to touch it … I will never visit that location again and I will absolutely go out of my way to make sure everyone I know that lives in that area never goes there again. Not quite understanding the purpose of having a business if you don’t want it to make money

Recently, went through the drive through and ordered a dave’s double combo. The fries were cold and stale, and the burger, nothing more than 2 beef patties swimming in mustard-mayo-ketchup along with mushy lettuce and tomatoes.
Absolutely disgusting meal for $13.
I’ve had my last Wendy’s experience in this lifetime.

Ordered this burger & was eating paying no mind to it and realized it wasn’t cooked all the way. Usually no big deal , but never had that at a fast food place. Brought it up there to let them know, and dude acted like it was a burden telling him. Got a burger remade( found its way to the trash too)but only brought it to their attention so others might get cooked fully. Guess it was better than a roach like some other reviews show though

I would highly recommend this Wendy’s because the staff did a wonderful job. Dustin makes the best Snickerdoodle Frosty! It was scrumptious!
There were 5 in our party, all adults, and we all enjoyed the food, the staff, and the atmosphere!

This is far and away the slowest “fast” food place in the area. I’ve had this experience dine in and drive thru – and it really doesn’t seem to be that they are just too busy. It’s a bummer. I mobile ordered today in hopes to speed it up, no luck, sat in drive thru until the person in front of me got fed up and left. After I got to window was still asked to pull around to wait in a spot. I won’t come back.

Ordered 2 Asiago chicken sandwiches. They left off the Asiago cheese and they were undercooked.
Also Ordered Jr bacon cheese burger. They we’re out of American cheese.
Ordered 2 frosty’s
1 chocolate with strawberry swirl and one vanilla with caramel swirl. They got them mixed up. I received a vanilla/strawberry and a chocolate/caramel.
Also waited 20 minutes for this wrong order. Completely unsatisfied!

They have a new shift manager there who has let the position go to his head. He was trying to fight my husband because he asked for condiments and kept yelling at us saying he was calling the cops on us. The other manager on duty I never got her name but she did great trying to diffuse the situation.

The woman who took our order was just the sweetest. We received our food quickly, and it made exactly as we asked. The store was clean. I have zero complaints.
