Great tasting and quick. I usually dine in, which can take a bit longer to order and get your food. Today I ordered through the app when I left my office and picked it up in the drive through and was back at work so fast that everyone couldn’t believe I had food with me!
I like the quality of food from Wendy’s. It tastes fresher and better than some other fast food restaurants. And they do a great job of giving you hot fries that seem to stay warmer longer.
Prices are higher for all fast food but at least here it feels like a better deal. I can usually find some coupons or deals in the app. This location has struggled to use my in app coupons when I order inside though, stating their machine isn’t working for rewards and coupons. I have called corporate and they said they would follow up with the location so we’ll see.
Overall I really like Wendy’s and this location.

Great food at a good price I had to wait for the fresh chicken and they brought us free ice cream for the wait! Great customer service! Clean store and friendly staff

This a new Wendy’s in Chickasha, Ok. It’s very good and the employees are friendly. The burger is very good and fresh and delighted to know I could order a baked potato instead of French fries. It’s nice to have some different options. Recommend trying this one out. Very clean and food was good.

So on Wednesday March 26,2025 we were coming back from a my laying a family member to rest, and after being on the road for over six hours and it being nine thirty at night, we thought we would grab a quick bite and go home (which was only about another twenty miles south). So we order on the app, we get to the drive-thru window, they tell us to pull up, then a man comes and tells us that “The Frosty Machine is Broken” ** I almost thought we pulled up to the wrong drive-thru… But, we pivoted and after about ten to twelve minutes our food came out. We drive home, eat dinner the meal, the nuggets taste a little weird, but I thought it was that we were just tired. But NOPE to my surprise within the next fifteen hours, I would be fighting FOOD POISIONING for the next four days. I threw up chicken nuggets, so I know exactly what caused the issue… I could barely sleep, little along function.
Someone at Wendy’s Franchise Corporation should really do a inspection of this store. After this, I and my entire family and friends will never go back to a Wendy’s. The price that you all charge people for the items they get, then to get sick from this, absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My family & I were headed home from a short vacation in Texas to see family and decided to stop at Wendy’s because they always love Wendy’s. Everything looked really clean and the staff were very friendly. However, I didn’t like having to walk past smokers outside to get into the building. Once we ordered, I discovered you had every drink EXCEPT Dr. Pepper, but no biggie.. I tried Coke, but there was too much carbonation & and the same with Root Beer. I settled on tea. Then, the ketchup was completely out? I asked for more ketchup, and the employee kindly gave me a handful of ketchup packets. I took my 2 year old grandson to the bathroom to wash his hands, and holy cow, you guys were out of soap, too?! When our burgers came out, they were just not up to the usual Wendy’s standards. I really just can’t understand how these things are not taken care of? It only takes mere minutes to remedy most of these issues. I am hoping you guys were just massively busy…

Came in an hour before close, ordered a $5 dollar biggie bag with a baconator fry. The nuggets were hard. I can tell that they’ve been sitting for an hour. Just because they’re still warm doesn’t mean they’re edible. The bread was stale before yall put it in the toaster. If it’s hard before toasted trash it. The only thing decent was the baconator fry. $7 something and the only thing worth eating was the fry. If that’s all yall were willing to make edible it’s the only thing you should’ve sold. On a dead Sunday night an hour before close, whoever was running that shift, conduct your crew better. I know it’s minimum wage but I make minimum too, and I just spent an hour of labor on food I can’t eat.
