Drive through was empty when I pulled in. Woman at drive through was very rude. Rushing me for no reason. I paid and got food quickly, wanted more sauce but she had already shut the window. Waved and smiled at her, the FIRST words out of her mouth were “Sorry I’m trying to rush and multitask.”
I look behind me. There is ONE other car in the drive through. I said, “Can I get some BBQ please?”
She then grabbed it and said very rudely, “HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY SIR!”
Food was fine. Cold bun. Workers should NOT act like that to someone who was kind the whole time. I am a restaurant server. I understand food industry. That is not how you handle customers.

Service was great but my Burger wasn’t cooked enough for me.I remember to tell them next time..The burger was good with out it and my dog was Happy she loved it.So if you want it well done be sure and tell them..It was nice and juicy..First time I got it like that at Windys

Very bad. On two occasions.
I don’t know how they did that, but when my son ordered a plain cheeseburger they had put a raw patty on it.
Then the next time, he ordered a plain cheeseburger and they smashed their thumb or something through it that was covered in mustard.
I was charged for a double, $7.67 (which is an absolute tongue in cheek for the normal $7.58) and they were snotty about the goofball made up price.
Also, if they had given me the junior bacon burger I actually had ordered, it would have been $5.68 or

Super friendly staff that had our food ready before we had the kids on our drinks. The food however was not fresh, we may had gotten there after a rush idk.

The “ladies” that work at this location are very unprofessional in their appearance and attitudes. They’re are rude they cut you off when you’re speaking and the tattoos are eating them up. Dirty fingernails and just look dirty. Not a good thing when you’re serving food. Clean it up Wendy’s. That’s disgusting. What happened to great service and cleanliness. I know it’s rare these days but your establishment needs help. Desperately. I’m assuming the regional manager allows this and she’s probably just as unclean as they are. DO BETTER!!!!!

Terrible experience I had today all I wanted was Parmesan Cesar salad not only was the staff impatient while I was stating my order, I don’t know how many times he said “anything else” while I was still talking! They couldn’t simply get a Parmesan Caesar made correctly. I almost left without my dressing in my bag and the chicken they put on my salad was hard and not appetizing at all! If you’re going to put young workers overnight make sure they know what true customer service has to look like! Let it start in the kitchen!
