My spouse and I were at this location on Saturday, January 31st, 2026, at about 2:00 pm. My spouse visited the bathroom before ordering. I picked up some spoons, forks, and napkins for our meal. An employee walked out from the kitchen, yelling at me that those things were for customers only, and that I had taken too many in any event. I explained that I was a customer, but he insisted that I had taken too many and that he would have to summon is manager. When my spouse returned, I was still waiting for this manager. I explained the situation to her and she said we should just leave.
We left the utensils and napkins. We will not return to this location. Those nice folks will will be vary happy to find that they will not have to guard the utensils from us ever again.

I came here with a friend to use a coupon i received in mail for free cinnabon with purchase i dont prefer to eat fast food and the following pictures will show u why.. this is not first time ive received such poor quality food at a Wendys n even other fast food joints so im really not much surprised ill keep avoiding eating this stuff the service,was absolutely fabolous and i have nothing but good words for my amazing bubbly cashier who most graceously offered me a few discounts! Just cause she could and i hadnt even open my food bag till i got home but she made my day n for having to stomach those fries i dint even finish yeah im very pleased with the customer service u guys keep up the good work not your foult the food comes lacking unless its the QC manager or corporate who allows it (i used to work a,wendys) ik not much can be done stay strong guys!

Just got denied a pickup order because “the drawer doesn’t open until 8” even though the hours online saif 7:30 today and the app let me place a mobile order. Plus this location has been open before 8 am since Wendy’s started serving breakfast. At bare minimum put a sign on the intercom that no one is going to answer until 8 if you’re suddenly going to change up the hours. So I guess FYI for everyone used to getting breakfast here.

Customer service was a 0/1 stars. I went back to Wendys to return my food for a refund, and the older lady went in the back to get the shift manager. The shift manager told me that i had to wait until Monday for the General Manager to refund me because the policy had change on refund. The shift manager didn’t offer to cook my food fresh. Instead, as a paying customer i had to ask myself. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, gaslighting me from the moment I “asked for a refund. Do unto others as you’d like others to do unto you. No matter what your job title or role set high expectations because you never know when opportunities for something greater is in front of you. I’ll never go to this location again.

So we pulled up to Wendy’s and at first the lady taking our order seemed nice. But then we started having trouble hearing her, so I turned my car off just to try and hear better. Instead of being patient, she got rude with us for not talking loud enough.
She told us to just pull forward, and when we got to the window, her attitude got even worse. I told her our order again, and she made some rude comment. At that point, we just left. I’m not about to spend money on food from someone who can’t even be decent to their customers. Do better.

Wendy’s quite honestly treats homeless people like they are not any different.

I come to this Wendy’s fairly often bc I work nearby (I don’t eat out a lot but when I do it’s usually here lol) and there’s always this grey haired gentleman at the window that hands me my food and he is always just so polite and happy to be there and just the epitome of great customer service. All of the staff there is nice and the food quality is great and I’ve never had a wrong order. Thank you guys for being such a great team!
