1/22/26 As a truck driver it can be difficult to get food overnight. I will not be back to this Wendy’s. They are located inside a truck stop but close the lobby at 10pm. Drive thru is open until midnight but a hungry trucker will not be served at the window. I walked up to the window, knocked when I saw the lady working, I waved at her, she waved back and then just walked away. I waited a few more minutes but never saw her again. I can’t go through the drive thru in my semi truck. This Wendy’s is not trucker friendly.

Won’t serve truckers after 10pm. Even though their drive through is open till 12pm. Won’t even let me walk through through drive through. Why would you open a restaurant in a truck stop and be so against truckers?

The back area was a complete mess on the floor. Employees doing nothing in the back. The front girl was out vacuuming the carpet in the dining area. But the girl making the food…. Well, she’s sitting on an office chair rolling around on her phone, and making food. Never stood up. She actually made food while sitting on an office chair. I could not see anything wrong with her. I guess just plain laziness. But if I’m wrong i apologize. But i don’t think i am.

I told myself i wasn’t gonna get no one in trouble this year nor i was going to complain so I’m sticking to the plan, but geeeez i have to let EVERYONE KNOW including the managment that the crew is lazy AF!!!
I had to wait 15-20 freaking minutes for a small fries and 2 junior bacons!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL specially when i was the only customer and there was like 3 or 4 crew members that knew that i was waiting.

I’m a truck driver, and I have a small dog with me. Normally, I can go right into a wendy’s, and order a Patty by itself for my dog alongside my meal. They usually put it in a small boat. This time, I tried to order a patty, and they tried charging me for a Dave’s single which was $5.60, saying that they don’t sell individual patties for dogs anymore. I guess I’ll just go down to the Border then where they did it for me yesterday. I don’t think I’ll ever be back.
