We ordered for delivery and after 30 mins the delivery driver texted me to tell me that they the food still wasn’t done. I called the store and a very rude associate answered the phone and told me to tell the driver that there were only 3 people working. Maybe management should look into better staffing their restaurant.

The first week they were opened the service and wait times were great. Fast forward to now and they consistently have a very slow line moving through the drive through, when you reach the drive through they almost always ask you to hold and they will not be back anytime soon, and on top of that they run out of staple items like French fries. No French fries. At a burger joint.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. We got our order immediately without any wait. It has to be the MOST beautiful Wendy’s property I have ever seen making a very cool location for seating outside on the patio. The food has tasted great. I have already been there twice. The burgers were cooked great and fries exceptionally hot and well seasoned.

I came through the drive-through to pick up two items I pulled into the second lane and waited for them to take my order after a while someone finally answered introduced himself and told me that they were not taking orders at that order taker. I confirmed what she had said and she suggested that I pull around the entire ice covered parking lot and come to the other order taker because they will not take my order at the second speaker. Now I don’t see why they could not take my order being that they could answer the headset but this is bad customer service and bad business. If your employees do not want customers to order then you shouldn’t have those employees in your store

Great customer service!! My fiancé and I went into Wendy’s for a quick dinner. I had ordered the taco salad. I didn’t realize it had raw red tomatoes on it. I am allergic to raw red tomatoes and when I noticed it I told my fiancé it had tomatoes on it. The nice lady behind the counter was so polite and offered to remake my salad for me. She could have been rude or made me feel worse about the situation than I already did but she was so nice to me about it. Needless to say our food was very good. While we were eating they were deep cleaning as well and it was so nice and clean in the restaurant. We will return. Thank you!

We had a big order, expensive. Our first visit here. They only missed one item, so that was good. But, the food was really gross. We didn’t like any of it. And this was right when they switched to lunch, so it wasn’t old or anything. The kids meals weren’t even enough to feed a toddler. Cold items with hot items even with the grown up food wasn’t great either. We don’t plan to try again.

Didn’t get breakfast even though we waited 15 mins before breakfast ended, so ok got lunch and the manager on duty told the girl at the window to stop explaining the issue to customers (not what a manager should say) then I got my order and it is wrong. No sour cream for my potato and put ketchup on my burgers when I asked for mayo only , 40 minutes to get the first order (not going back). The manager doesn’t seem to know how to manage, I know it is only fast food but I feel like better candidates are out there for that position.
