I hate having to use a kiosk to order. It was very difficult to see with sun glare. We had to get napkins and ketchup from another table as ours didn’t have any. The food was hot, but the buns were dry and the lettuce was wilted and old. Had we been able to order at the counter, we all would have gotten cookies as they looked delicious, but it wasn’t worth the time and effort to go back and use the kiosk again.

I spent just about $30 and all the food I received was incredibly stale. How are you going to give someone that spends that much money stale food? One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

Dear management I want to give credit to Angelina. She provided incredible customer service and probably one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Ordered food at 6pm on a Friday – no line, just me. You’d think that would make things simple, but apparently not. I ordered 3 Biggie Bags and a large fry, and they still managed to mess it up. Wrong burgers, missing fries. The staff looked and acted like they couldn’t care less, like they hated being there. I get that fast food isn’t glamorous, but basic politeness and getting an order right shouldn’t be too much to ask.

I got the new ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich. Taste was ok but it was very underwhelming to look at. Definitely false advertising from that perspective. If my sandwich was used in an ad, they wouldn’t sell another one of them. Photos of the ad, then my sandwich. ♂️

Placed order 10 minutes before arrival I walked in and 6 employees were sitting on phones in the lobby. They said they didn’t know there was an order. They all went back to make the food and you could tell the food was left out for hours. The burgers were completely dry and fries were stale. I know they were I’ll not respond to this and I am wasting my time.

Place is usually pretty good with service but the past few visits has not been good. I ordered 2 sandwiches. Their burger patty were burned on both of them. Asked for ketchup packets. Of course they didn’t put it in the bag. On the second visits, service was slow and the staff was rude in the drive threw. I get thet your pregnant but if you don’t want to be there then don’t. Didn’t get a receipt both times.

This place takes FOREVER. No matter what time you come or how big or small your order is, it takes at least 15 minutes till next your food. It’s a fast food place so it should be faster than 15 minutes. Sometimes you even sit at the ordering window before they take your order. Something has got to be done about this location. TR he fries are ALWAYS cold, it wouldn’t be even that big of a deal if they came out hit but nope. Not here… Gave it two tries and horrible both times There’s a McDonald’s and sonic closer, give them your money & not this Wendy’s unless you want to wait forever for your food.
Update: don’t go to this location AT ALL. Not worth your money, they’re completely rude for no reason. It’s clear they hate their jobs.

I love Wendy’s but this one is slow. The staff are nice. The dining area usually needs attention. If you go in side to order you either use a kiosk or wait for someone to come from the back to take it. Not impressed with this Wendy’s.
