Went for lunch about 11:30 & there wasn’t a wait. The floors & tables were dirty. Floors were very sticky & dirty under booths. I had to clean our table cause it was sticky with leftover food.

worst wendy’s i’ve ever been to. we placed an order online that I already paid for, they accepted our order so we went and got there at 8:05 to get our order to the woman telling us they are closing tonight at 8 for no reason when they close at 10:30 every other night. we then told them that they already took my money and accepted our order and she told us to go away.

Went inside and ordered a coke, a burger, and fries. Totally disorganized management took 55 minutes to get me food. 10 people that ordered after me were served while I waited. The entire drive thru line was cleared while i waited.. I repeatedly asked for an update and were only told they are short staffed. Totally unacceptable! I’ll never go back!
