We sat for 30 minutes for 3 biggie bags. When we got th we food everything was ICE cold. Wasn’t even busy. Seems to me that they were more interested in Door Dash than people at the restaurant. Lazy employees and no apologies when we demanded a refund. Wouldn’t waste time.

I’m not a person to complain about things, but I had an issue now for the second time I’ve been in there and it seems like this is a reoccurring issue. The first time I went in there they had issues with not having products and items that they should have normally then the second time I went in there, which was on 11 two of 25 was a horrible experience. There was one person ahead of me and nobody inside and there are a bunch of people standing around, especially this girl named Cataline she was completely unprofessional calling employees, ignorant, derogatory names like I got that at your mother‘s house and you guys need to be working better when she’s leaning on the counter doing absolutely nothing tossing her hair up 20 million times her hair is in her face she’s playing with her fingers she’s playing with her nose. She’s playing with her eyes. She’s leaning on the counter like she has nothing to do and when she has time to lean, she has time to clean or do something, and there was a lot of chatter and a lot of commotion going on in that kitchen. It seemed like nobody knew what they were doing absolute rubbish.

Time after time of going and giving them the benefit of the doubt and i still get cold fries and burgers. Do better. Probably the worst fast food restaurant in the city of Mountain Home without a doubt. The Franchise owner doesn’t deserve to be the owner. Stop going here, don’t give them any business.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s as far as the food goes. It’s good less greasy than other fastfood places and a better variety to choose from. What makes this location is the staff! They pay attention to detail, verify friendly, helpful, and most go above and beyond to help resolve any issue should I e arise.

I ordered the Son of a Baconator today and it was NOT what I was expecting. I didn’t expect it to look like the commercials advertising this burger, but something like it. I got 2 burned patties on a bun. The bacon wasn’t like it is on the commercial either. I don’t know why they advertise this as a son of a baconator because it isn’t a baconator at all. I could have gotten one of the other bacon hamburgers that would have been the same or better. This burned burger was so hard. Like they cooked it and it sat there. No moisture in the meat at all. I told the guy about it and he just looked at me. Didn’t offer to remake it or anything. Highly disappointed with Wendy’s. They need to do better.

I expected so much more with our newly remodeled Wendy’s. The food was hot & fresh. The crew member who took our order was cordial. The dining area was a disaster. Tables needed wiped down. Floors needed swept and mopped. The soda fountain machine needed wiped down also. The new seating (which is all hard wood) is uncomfortable as heck.
The bathroom…..urine on the floor. Toilet was just gross. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the place.
It wasn’t that busy and somebody could have been doing something. I didn’t see management until I was in my car and pulling away. He was on his phone out back.

I love Wendy’s for their chocolate classic frosties, fries, and burgers.
Their customer service used to be great. Lately, you have to wait until someone comes around to the front desk to take your order. This isn’t great service. Someone should always be there around the front to take orders but nope that’s not the case lately.
I recently tried their new beverage. It’s called, the chocolate cold brew. The advertising looked so good it made me want to buy a dozen of them. However, sadly it didn’t live up to my expectations.
The size I ordered was a medium. It was very large in nature so I was satisfied with that because it was what I would expect a large would cost but the large size is even more money. Wow! The chocolate they put into the iced coffee wasn’t like McDonald’s. I can’t describe it exactly but it stuck to the cup walls and when I scraped it down with a spoon it was like I had tiny chocolate plastic in my beverage…it was tiny pieces…weird right? Also, the chocolate syrup didn’t mix well at all. So what was the sender of adding it? All $5 down the drain. Iced coffee was okay but nothing foamy like the advertising. I rather have McDonald’s iced coffee which has more flavor than this chocolate cold brew from Wendy’s.

Watched Stevie spill the fries on the checkout counter and then watched another girl try to shove them back into the container and still try to serve them to us. I don’t know who or what has touched that counter. To me that is like dropping them on the ground. Disgusting.

One of the worst places I’ve been in years. The server behind the counter taking orders was on her phone, very rude, and didn’t look clean. The people in the kitchen looked tacky and didn’t have any type of hair or beard coverings on. The food what they had because they where out of several things, was bad probably one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Then last but not least the place was not the cleanest and it was before lunch rush. Very disappointed ☹️
