We had cold fries out and nuggets were stale, I took the fries back and asked for hot fries and they gave us more cold fries from the same batch. Paragould Wendy’s do better!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their menu screen doesn’t show what you ordered and the cashier didn’t read to me what i had ordered to see if it was correct.
I didn’t mind the cold burger but i did mind that i got the wrong frosty after having to repeat what kind of frosty and cutting me off to say “hold on”. I paid in cash and when i got my money back the girl didn’t give me my receipt and shut the window in my face.
Please re-read the order back to make sure it’s correct and always hand a receipt back. I know some don’t want theirs but i paid in cash and wanted to make sure i got the right amount back.

As of 12/13/25 at 5:45 pm, I decide to try this place again, lady’s behind the front counters just stayed quiet to hi no welcome no thank you, extremely disrespectful, the front counter is your front lines of your business and to have some your punk girls up there being extremely rude, your letting that money walk right out that door, this will be my last time I ever eat this location, still kind of upset she just slammed my trey down makes me not even want to attempt to eat this trash, I will probably get sick, and all this was while elderly customers were eating next to us. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else don’t ruin my dining experience that I rarely ever get. You knew how much your getting paid when you started, take some pride in what you do. Absolutely worst experience and will personally see to something is getting done about it I refuse to brush this off. Where’s my bacon at on my burger? They are in the kitchen talking smack about writing my review as we speak “ the one with glasses by the window “

Don’t talk crap about someone when you’re already a loud mouth absolutely sad how bad this place has been falling apart with just poor employment! Never caught that girls name well both of their names but if you gonna have a nasty attitude you don’t belong in customer service

I had food that was missing and the manager reached out to me saying that they’d fix it and they sure did. When I contacted back, a different staff member just double checked to make sure she could, which was understandable, and I got my order corrected. I’m very thankful for this location reaching out to me and fixing my order right. This location is definitely keeping my business.

Paragould Wendy’s is always good. Never have had any problems. The girl at the pick up window was especially cheerful and polite on this most recent trip. Wish I had her name to compliment her. Order was accurate, warm, and tasty as always.

When I returned to inform them that they had messed up my food the manager was rude, and when I asked for fresh fries she questioned whether I had even ordered fries. The funny part was they were in the bag that she never even checked. At that point I just asked for a refund so I could get of there as quickly as possible. Most of the employees at this location are rude or at the very least have Resting-B-Face and the issue definitely starts and ends with poor leadership.

I’m standing here as I write my complaint. It’s a mess Im here in paragould Wendy’s. I been waiting for my food for 30 Mins to get my cold food
Got home the food was trash I paid over 36$ for my family. My so worked hard for his money and we been moving all day! That was the last thing I wanted to deal with also someone dropped the cup lids in the floor and put them back instead of the trash. And someone wiped his nose and continued to cook the fries. Wendy’s Paragould needs new management and clean up crew . Who ever worked 12 /15/23 needs a wakeup call. I would love a refund but I know that’s not going to happen but I am disappointed
