The staff was less than friendly. I had a mobile order this visit, so easy for everyone. My chicken sandwich was replaced with some sort of hamburger. The staff rushed us away and had no interest in fixing the order. Thank goodness my picky sons order was correct. I hate for them to have to deal with his attitude when his food is wrong.

We went through the drive through, we were parked while they “get it together” we got home had very cold fries, cold burgers, missing a drink. No sauces that were requested. No one there likes there jobs, they are not friendly at all. This place has gone way downhill the last few months. Sad

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I used to be an employee here and the staff is just absolutely awful especially Kayla and Kevin. They don’t know how to train or welcome their new employees with no experience and they are very judgmental for no reason. They never get your order’s correct for the life of them. Wendys do better you have lost a good costumer.

Paragould Wendy’s is always good. Never have had any problems. The girl at the pick up window was especially cheerful and polite on this most recent trip. Wish I had her name to compliment her. Order was accurate, warm, and tasty as always.
