Well, the service was fast, but the food was cold. The fries were greasy. The burger didn’t look well cooked. I had to put the fries on a napkin to soak some of the grease up.

Food was good. Employee’s were a lot of talking amongst themselves and hollering across the restaurant at a child (who I assume was one of the employees). Took a long time to get my meal. I was the only customer in the lobby at the time. At one point one of the employees asked me what I was waiting for. Employee’s were polite just not focused on making my meal.

We were in drive thru for over 10 minutes. After paying for meal cashier gave us drinks as we waiting for meals .After waiting for meals there was no apology at all for our wait. By the time we made it to the room we noticed the fries were not done at all. When I ask for refund they didnt give back my entire refund due to us drinking them as we were waiting for our food.

Much cleaner than in years past, even before the pandemic. You no longer have to estimate how many crackers and hot sauce packs you’ll need. We hadn’t eaten there on over 3 years but gave it a try when he was in the mood for chili; it tastes a little different but ok.

Went here last week passing through town. Everything was spaced well and looked clean and organized at first, but there were lots of flies in the dining area and they were even in the restroom which was off putting and annoying. Also one of the employees working in the kitchen area was conversing loudly with a coworker using the F word. I heard it twice which I thought was very disrespectful. There were no napkins in the service area where the straws and ketchup and stuff was, and it took three different customers to go up and ask for napkins before someone came out from the back to put some out. Looks like this place had no adult supervision and was run by a bunch of unconcerned teenagers. Not the Wendy’s I’m used to where I live.
