Food was good, service was good but…how many employees wash their hands in this restroom. I am not blaming the employees. The Franchise owner is irresponsible for not taking care of this. I started scrubbing bathrooms, this person needs to get back to the basics and remember that this is a health code violation.

Alright Wendy’s Morrilton is short staffed…probably along with every other Wendy’s. However Josh let me in to dine in the restaurant. Now there were two other “employees” that complained. I would recommend a promotion for Josh…as for the other two entitled employees that probably don’t understand the concept of service regardless…they need a little training.

Food was fresh and good. Took more than 5 minutes for me to be spoken to and order taken and there was no on one ahead of me in line. But the good did come out quickly. The workers were arguing while we were sitting and eating loud enough for the whole dining room to hear. All the trash cans were full and tables were dirty. Several of the flavors were out in the soda machine including sprite and Dr. Pepper. The bathrooms were clean. The man who took my order rang me up for 2 large Frostys but didn’t ask what size I wanted.

Food was okay. The employee was friendly. While we were eating our food, the employee switched out the trash bag from the trash container and put the huge, smelly bag on the floor right next to our table. The stench was horrible. It ruined our meals. We left as soon as we could. Seriously, that was awful, and preventable. (Health code violation! Do better or it gets reported.)
