The experience here was appalling! They gave us someone else’s order. Thank goodness we checked before leaving. I have no idea what their protocol is. We had to go back through return the food and wait for our order. The dude at the window was a real you know what. We had starving kids etc. My grandchildren thought it was theirs and had started to eat a burger. He wanted the burger back.

Went through the drive thru this afternoon for lunch. There were a couple of cars in line but wasn’t a long wait. When I got to the window to pay the young man was like Bam your straw and drink, BAm your card and receipt, BAM your food. Young man was polite and quick with the business. I wish every lunch break was like that. Excellent job whole crew.

Used to go here a lot years ago. Rarely go anymore because they are ALWAYS out of something, so it’s a gamble to get in line. Tonight I waited in the drive thru because my wife was asking for a chili. She also wanted a baked potato so I got that at Colton’s first because I knew that Wendy’s would probably be out of baked potatoes. Got to the speaker and they were “currently out of chili.” LOL! Consistently poor planning by the management at this Wendy’s. The moral of the story: If you want chili & a baked potato in Motown, get the potato at Colton’s and a can of chili at Harps!

Homecoming night, dinner rush, and they had a new guy running the fries. Nobody told the new guy to step aside so they can get things done fast, and it took me 25 minutes past when I ordered to get my food. There were three or four employees standing around instead of telling the new guy to step aside and get the job done during the dinner rush. I only come through marlton like once every three months, and it’s safe to say I will not be stopping at this Wendy’s again.

Food was good, service was good but…how many employees wash their hands in this restroom. I am not blaming the employees. The Franchise owner is irresponsible for not taking care of this. I started scrubbing bathrooms, this person needs to get back to the basics and remember that this is a health code violation.

I waited in line at the drive-thru for a good minute, I pulled up to the window and I handed the girl at the window a $50 bill, she says “uh we can’t take that” …… No I’m sorry but we can’t take that right now, just a plain lack of decent customer service skills. They could have at least posted a sign at the speaker saying they can’t take 50 or $100 bills now I done wasted my time waiting on food that I couldn’t even get.

We went to the drive thru. We had to ask for fresh fries they were cold, the employees were acted like it was such a hassle to make new fresh fries. Other than that everything was good.

Drive thru is always slow. Now they charge 50 cents for ranch. I’m not eating here again.
