So I have personally worked at Wendy’s as well as a couple other fast food joints over the years, so I understand how frustrating a lunch rush can be!! But y’all gotta do better and get it together!!! I sat with only two cars in front of me still ordering and waiting to order…why was it another 12 minutes before I was able to order and then at least another 10 before I finally got my cold and almost naked Baconator Fries. For real y’all I paid $4 and some change for a small order of french fries with about 2 teaspoons of cheese and not even a half of a piece of bacon on them AND IT WAS COMPLETELY COLD!!!!! Not to mention that every employee’s face that I saw looked so miserable and unwelcoming!!!! Y’all have lost me with this one!!!

Tried to go inside at 6:45pm on a Saturday to order to-go and use the restroom and the lobby doors were locked. Store dining hours posted on the door open until 10pm. Terrible business practice and terrible customer service. I’m 9 months pregnant and all they had to say when I called was “I’m sorry ma’am you’ll have to use the drive through.” Store management needs improvement. We went to McDonald’s instead!

Today is a one star review. I’m usually a big fan of Wendy’s, their rewards program is amazing and they have the Baconator. The situation didn’t look too bad from the Walmart across the parking lot so I shot out a mobile order and went to pick it up. Upon arriving, I found out that they were short staffed and were running about 20 minutes behind. McDonald’s next door had no such issues so I just went there.
