The condiments were not stocked, the area was also dirty.
The drink machine in the lobby was non operational as well as the ice machine part.
The wait staff was friendly.. The order was.nit completely filled when our name was called. We had missing items.

The ma at the front desk Dedrick is doing an amazing job he is very kind, patient, and solves problems fast!!! He is one of the best fast food workers I have ever came across I can tell he cares and puts in a lot of effort!! He is holding this Wendy’s down and doing it with a smile the entire time this man needs a raise immediately phenomenal work either and attention to detail couldn’t ask for better

The food was cold, and the burgers tasted like they were made yesterday.
The fries were clearly old — overcooked leftovers, dry and not fresh at all.
I used to work in this industry, and I know very well that fries have a strict holding time. Once that time is exceeded, they should be thrown away and fresh ones should be made. What I was served did not meet basic food quality standards.
Very disappointing experience. I will not be coming back.

Sorry excuse for a Wendy’s. All of our food was cold and old. No bacon was put on my sandwich that I paid extra for. Food was very sloppily put together. Best thing about my meal was the drink from the soda machine. Will not be returning to this location.

I ordered the big baconator and they gave me a small one. Then it was cold just like the fries. I had to call 8 times just to get someone to answer. Y’all’s prices are way too high to be giving that kind of service. Can’t have anything nice these days.

Mobile order for breakfast. Donovan and Jose rock. The enthusiasm to prepare the orders and for excellence in doing so is evident. Was in/out of the store with my order in hand in less than 5 minutes of placing the order online. These guys were genuinely friendly also. Everything on point. 6 stars for these guys today!

The visit here absolutely shocked me for a fast food restaurant it was very clean and the workers where super friendly, I ordered the spicy chicken and I could tell they take care of the oil my wife got a double stack and surprisingly it wasn’t bun soaking grease which was nice. General Manager Michel was pretty cool to talk to and seemed down to earth
