My wife & I had lunch at this location. I will say that we were able to have two burgers an order of fries & 2 drinks for less than $12 due to some coupons that I had. My burger was good, but unfortunately it took them 3 tries to get my wife’s burger with all vegetables & mustard only correct. The fries were also soggy. I’m sure we’ll go back at some point (we do not frequent Wendy’s often) in the future.

It’s dirty and sticky, everywhere. The workers show no kind customer service. The girl at the register had an attitude. Like I was bothering her. She didn’t know anything about the Boo Books and I had to ask her to find out so I could buy and redeem them. The manager comes and shows her how to sell them but not redeem. So I wait 5 minutes and now there’s a line gathering.
Finally she rings it up. No smile. Nothing. And I see other workers making food and their bare hands touch it and this is after they are wiping their face and such.
I like Wendy’s but I’m glad I don’t live in the area. I will not dine here again.

Filthy restaurant!!! Staff was singing and smoking pot in the back. The guy that took my order was so high when I came back to get my food 2 min later he had no idea who I would as and asked was I there to get a door dash. Kitchen floors looked horrible. Why did I stay I was in a truck with a trailer and it was best option. I will never be back. This was a baconator… There was a dirty employee shirt on the counter when I went back to get food.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. I was being rushed & talked over so much while trying to order they kept telling me that they couldn’t understand me. Finally got my order correct after she stopped interrupting and rushing me along. I waited forever for the order just for it to be cold. Has happened to me multiple time at this location. The coldest day of the year and some how they don’t have any chili, but just seemed more like they just didn’t want to make it. Normally I wouldn’t even waste my energy, but like I said this has happened to me

So we haven’t eaten all day and I made a mobile order for the whole crew and the total was almost $70 so kind of a big order but the place looked pretty empty so I figured we would get our food pretty quick and it did come out in decent time but when I said I had a mobile order all she said was pull up and then we get to the window and every time she handed me something she was very rude saying here take it hurry up as I was trying to get everything situated and she just looked pissed off at me and when I wanted a receipt she stomped around and rolled her eyes and handed it to me no have a good night or nothing even remotely friendly but they got our order right so there’s that

Sat in the drive-thru line for over 10 mins. When we went to put the order in, the employee was rude. He stated they didn’t have the Meal of Misfortune meal although their sign has it posted and you’re able to order it through their app.

It’s a fast food restaurant, can’t have expectations too high. But for a road trip it was adequate. The service was quite slow, many were remarking about it, if I’d known before hand how slow they were going to be in would have stopped somewhere else.

Stood at the front counter… 15 minutes… Only thing the worker did was sit on her phone and look at me… The man behind the counter walked right passed us…. It’s sad how customer service isn’t a valued thing anymore. I literally looked at the girl and when she seen us looking at her she walked to the back… Like I guess it was such a hassle to take my family’s order….
