They didn’t even try to cook this patty at all. This is why people are sick! Trying to get people in and out and not even cooking the food throughly. Customer service always sucks every time. I wish I would’ve went to a different location! Never again.

Never had a problem there in 20 years the 1 night we decided to stop in on our way home was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Front clerk was on his phone when management wasn’t paying attention and we were told to pull up from drive through and we’re waiting on fries and went in 20 minutes later to get cold undercooked food. Idk if the rats or hungry employees decided to take a bite out of my bun, but either way, it’s unacceptable! I really wish they close this whole location down or we as a community just stop giving them business! Food was cold after waiting for at least 10 minutes on a mobile order.

Service is horrible. Multiple times they have messed up the orders. Completely forgetting half of it. And before even paying somehow the foods ready and was handed to me but half is missing yet there was no other people in the drive through like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp all day long. Go somewhere else.

Sooooo slow! Waited over 30 minutes to pick up a order for someone. Watched them get numerous drive thru and front counter orders out and just kept skipping over the order I was picking up. I do not recommend ordering through a delivery service with them.
