I got the 10 piece nugget meal. The nuggets were good however the fries were not cooked completely.. those use timers so someone literally decided to pull them up knowing they weren’t done. Even the drink tastes disgusting. And normally when someone is nice enough to say thank you or have a good day you’d expect some kind of acknowledgment or smile not just silence.

The restaurant was uncomfortably cold. We arrived two minutes after our mobile order was scheduled and was told it was just being prepared. Imagine our surprise to find our food was barely warm.
My bun was close to being stale. My husband said his sandwich was dry.

I never thought it was possible to be worse than Burger King but this Wendy’s location did it. The soda was nothing but carbonated water. The fries were cold. The burger was ice cold. There were zero warm ingredients in the burger. The cheese went straight from the refrigerator to a cold patty to my bag. The guy working there obviously hated his life. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food restaurant in the city that cares about standards.

This is the WORST Wendy’s in Arkansas hands down. I went a few months ago and had horrible service the women at the window berated me about one sweet and sour because I didn’t ask for it at the speaker box. She is more worried about her inventory being off from one sweet and sour than taking care of customers. The one time coffee was available it was ice cold and when I told her it was cold she didn’t believe me even after I put my finger in to show her how cold it was. I tried to give them another chance this morning and wanted to try and get a frostychinno and of course they are not serving coffee. I’m not sure how this franchisee stays in business when the workers refuse to even make coffee in the morning. Wendy’s corporate needs to come and do a complete overhaul on this location because customer service, cleanliness, and food are in the gutter.

Every time I come to this Wendy’s, I have to sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes before somebody even takes the order. I went today 3/5 And sat in line for 15 minutes with three other cars in front of me, waiting to order only for them to finally come and asked me what I needed to just let me know that they’re only doing cash for the day. THEY NEVER TAKE CARD! Insane! This location is beyond nasty never open on time you cannot go inside and the workers have the worst attitudes. The drive-through sucks waste of time will not be back.

Chili was really chilli water with one piece of meat and like five or six beans in it. Zero crackers were supplied. Spicy nugs were definitely on the hard side. Although the sauce was amazing. Did not get a receipt but had halfway decent attitude and punched the correct soda type lids. All in all I’m proud of them for showing up to work. Still grateful thank you Jesus!
