I placed a mobile order and was told at the window they were out of the Caramel Fusion Frosty. I asked for a regular chocolate Frosty instead and requested a refund for the price difference. The employee claimed the difference was only about $0.50 and handed me two quarters. The actual up charge was $1.70.
The bigger issue wasn’t the money — it was the attitude. As I drove away, I heard her tell a coworker, “I gave her two quarters since she’s that worried about it,” followed by laughter. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
If an item isn’t available, refund the correct amount and treat customers with basic respect. If someone can’t treat people respectfully, they shouldn’t be working in a job where they’re consistently dealing with customers. I won’t be returning to this location.

I ate one of the most affordable gluten-free breakfast there I had the egg and sausage biscuit without the biscuit. And then had the seasoned potatoes and a coffee. I rounded up my bill to give to the Dave Thomas fund and it came to $6.00. the lobby was cleaned the bathrooms were clean I felt very happy to be there and very welcome.

Staff although super busy are accommodating and friendly.

The service was less than satisfactory. My sister and I went through the drive-through, ordered our food, paid at the first window, but when went to the second to get our food, the workers were too busy laughing and talking with one another rather than paying attention to what was being put in our bags. One worker was even texting on her phone, so when I checked what was in our separate bags, the rest of the food was fine and so was our drinks, but there was only one straw and no honey mustard because the workers weren’t paying attention like I said. With that all said and done, while the food was fine, the service at this location could definitely be better, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.

When you go to Wendy’s, you get Wendy’s food. It may not look exactly like the picture on the menu or taste like it was cooked less than an hour ago; but the fries are AWESOME. This store takes your payment at the first window so you are less likely to refuse the food at the second window at the drive-through, and that’s brilliant. Yum, fries… uh most of my iced tea is all ice and the hockey puck-sized burger has suffered from shrinkflation since pre-COVID. But I already paid. profit. P.S. The picture is of a burger Wendy’s would NEVER sell, because it tasted incredible and fresh.

I came through drive through around 3pm today and the lady at the window wasn’t friendly at at. Customer service was very poor. Took a min to get my food and she was just standing there looking. Didn’t say anything to make it known that one of my items will take a min . I had to blow my horn just to see what was taking so long. Then she frowned her face up like I was in the wrong… I will not be coming back to this location.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at this location. I chose to visit this establishment, despite its lower rating and the 20-minute drive, expecting better quality due to its location in a more affluent area.
I strongly advise against using the mobile order app at this location. In my experience, it seems to prioritize speed over quality, resulting in food that is not freshly prepared. I would prefer to wait for a freshly cooked meal.
Furthermore, the customer service was notably lacking. The staff’s communication was unprofessional and inadequate. When I attempted to address my concerns and request a refund, I was informed that mobile orders are non-refundable. The mobile order customer service number was also non-functional. Before visiting the store, I called to discuss my complaint, but the staff avoided the conversation by feigning phone service issues and subsequently disconnecting the phone line.
I urge the management to reconsider their operational practices. Rushing employees to expedite orders should not come at the expense of food quality. Customers should have the option to wait for meals cooked to order. While I understand that there is often a wait at this location, I believe that prioritizing quality over speed would greatly improve customer satisfaction.

You just never know what you’re going to get hot/cold, correct/incorrect order, great/poor service, good/nasty food. It’s always a toss up! Mobile orders are easy to do, but are you going to get it???!!! A potato can be nice and fluffy and then it’s brown, hard and yellow! When going through the drive thru, it seems like you have to go one by one, your food gets cold I have a large family, it’s tiring. No matter how much you spend, you should get the product quality you paid for!
