I am always impressed with the Wendy’s on N 18th. The drive thru is my preferred method of picking up lunch and staff is always personable and fast. They have the drive thru down to a science! No long waits and after placing the order, the next stop is the cashier and moving up and

First i want to say that i have work for Wendy’s myself, i got a doordash delivered today, when did Wendy’s change to shredded lettuce? That was a big downgrade my jr bacon doesn’t taste the same, i don’t think i woll be eat Wendy’s anymore

Ordered a Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad. It was good. Service was fast and the portion was enough. But that was just me. The others didn’t like the food as much, and hence three stars. One of them ordered the Taco Salad, but it wasn’t upto his expectations. Also, the place (mostly the floor) was a little dirty, and the tables were uneven and shaking.

I ordered my frosty online then drove to this establishment for them to ignore me at the speaker AND the pickup window (proceeded to lock it in my face) for 10+ mins and then finally told me I had to cancel my order because they were closed. Keep in mind I ordered online at 12:50 and got to the wendys at 12:53.

The positives: the location was extremely clean inside. Everything was in order, and all drink items/consumption accessories were filler to the brim. You can’t say this about every fast food dining location. The food we asked for came as expected, was fresh, and tasted great. However, I surmised one of the reasons the food was hot and fresh wasn’t because it was made at the time of request. It was, but only because at some point they quickly fell behind. 3 waiting on orders, 2 in front, 4 behind, and to my view a rather empty drive-through. I’m not sure if it’s because 20 people showed up all at the same time, but preparation was not ready to handle the volume that came in. Someone did give my kid a free toy so that was nice!
