The drive thru employees have to be the rudest I have ever experienced. The attitude of the 2 employees that I had an interaction with was horrible. Ordered lunch on the app for a 5 man crew to be picked up in the drive thru. Although the food order was correct and good quality, I will not return directly due to the employees actions. I was not thanked for my purchase and pretty much rushed away from the window while checking the order. My business will definitely go elsewhere. Please train your employees on their interpersonal communication skills so that you do not continue to loose business. Wendy’s located on Homer road in Minden, La.

Just wanted a Frosty. They are always good. It was not quite as tasty as I remembered. I had seen a few days earlier that they were $1. When I got to stop, they were not on sale. I just used the drive-thru and didn’t go in. The lady at the window was super nice.

We went in off hours and would have been better with fresh meat. Not dried up like it was. Weird lettuce and not enough. For lack of quality they make up for in French fries. Way to many!!! I couldn’t eat them all. Next time I’m asking for freshly cooked meat

Went through drive-through in which we got our food at a pretty decent time. The breakfast biscuits were actually good (sausage had a little kick to them). Good location. Customer service was cool, but they definitely need to get better about keeping strawberry jelly, especially since that’s mostly everyone’s favorite.
***Update as of November 14, 2023, biscuits are still banging (just sausage or egg and cheese). They still have NOT gotten any strawberry jelly which sucks but the biscuits were still banging. Oh, the toasted fries or whatever were good this morning also.

Usually have no issues but the past few times I’ve ordered the asiago sandwich, they have given me just a piece of chicken on bread. No asiago cheese, no bacon, and without telling me. They delayed my sandwich almost 10 minutes after my friends got their food so I received a plain sandwich with cold fries for 12 dollars.

One evening I went through my local Wendy’s drive-through, and I needed to use my Apple Pay. Most businesses now offer this service is very convenient and I have shifted most of my retail payments to this form. The night in particular no one in the entire establishment knew how to work it I didn’t get my meal that was quite upset. I had to go home please an online order job back to Wendy’s and when I got my food it was horrible. I didn’t even eat mine. Better employees need to be put in place along with a sense of politeness to the customer. I’ve ran into this a few times in my life, but the first time in my town. #DoBetter.
