Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced and without a doubt the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had and I truly mean that. Gave it a one star because thats the lowest I could go. I pulled up to order and was told can only do card or exact change and thats fine no biggie, then I proceed with my order and pause after I say what I want to order and then the Drive-thru operator says “Hello. Hurry up. I’m listening. You’re not speaking. Your not the only customer I have.” Keep in mind there are only 2 other people there besides me inside and out. I then left without any food and went to Atomic Burger which was indeed better. I highly recommend firing the Drive-thru attendant if you want to actually make money.

Im not sure why this place gets such bad reviews, the #7 doubled is amazing, the guy that served me. I gave my 2$ bill, service is great food is great. Just expensive. I’d say the fries are a bit dark lole they are fried in old oil. But outside of that, flavor is a banger. Love the smokey flavor to the patty sorry. Its expensive but its good

Bad customer service. Was greeted at the intercom with “you know what you want to order?” After I gave my combo order, was told to “say my whole order at once.” When I advised that was all I wanted to order, I was told to pull to the window. There was no one in line but me but was told to pull around to the side of the building to wait for my food. The wait time was about seven minutes and they didn’t give me my drink. The guy just seemed to have an attitude.

Have tried multiple times and have never gotten my food in less than 20 minutes. Often the order is wrong and the last time I went myself and other customers in the drive through line literally sat for 20 minutes that we got out of cars to discuss whether they were closed or not before finally the person on the speaker took an order. Do not go here if you dont wanna be here for 30 minutes or more.

I would definitely give a zero if possible. I love Wendy’s downnn, but the management here isn’t the best, the food is always cold and old and someone always messes up my order. Some of the workers complain when I tell them they made my food wrong, but to each its own. Just save yourself and drive to college, they’ll get you right

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was in line waited for 13 minutes once I pulled up to order screen. Was told to begin my order and then was cut off and told to wait for another 5 minutes. Nobody else was in line I finally said “hello” and she said “wait” “Ain’t nobody gunna rush me”. So we left. Absolutely nobody in line or at the window she was just sitting down.

With the exception of the college drive location, this has to be the most interesting Wendy’s I’ve been to. Nothing is wrong with the food (when the cookies aren’t burnt anyways) but at no point can you visit this location and there’s NOT a plethora of items unavailable to order it doesn’t matter if I go today or three months from now, the probability of me having a group order executed without any edits due to product availability is extremely low. I don’t know who their ordering manager is but they’re clearly collecting a free check seriously. If it makes them feel any better.. college drive is still the worst location I’ve been to. If Wendys EVER needs to unload… please start there

Nobody ever answers the drive up speaker so I always just drive around then I noticed nobody was in drive up line nor in the store. Mgr. AA woman, bright skin with red hair finally came to window once she noticed I was recording her actions & ignoring me. I only wanted a med. Frosty she replies her machine down in a totally different voice than she used as she yelled at co workers. After that I wouldn’t trust any food she made . Management needs a hiring event fast fiing HER! Why would she be so comfortable yelling loud at her co workers about doing everything on her own. Managers are supposed to take lead BUT NO ONE WAS IN LINE BOTH DRIVE UP & IN STORE so honestly I witnessed harassment on the job. Human Resources Needs To Be Mindful of Her Behavior before someone sue the company or worse. Video uploaded

Nasty attitude from lady at drive thru. Then, after I gave her my money, she held my change and then told me to back up behind the pole. (This is so Wendy’s corporate office does not know how slow the service is at this location.) I asked for my change before backing behind the pole. She reluctantly gave me the folding money but kept my coins. The worst part is as I was backing up, she said loud enough to ensure I heard, ” I was gonna give you your change when you pulled up!” It was a very short lady with what seemed to be a manager shirt on. If she is the leader here…. this location isn’t going to make it. Do better Wendy’s, or you’ll lose more customers like me.
