I placed my order inside and dined inside. Very clean. The staff is friendly and everyone appears to be busy working. Food is great. No complaints at all. Parked at the truck stop and wanted to walk somewhere to eat. Saw the bad reviews and decided to give it a try. Clearly the negative people are just unpleasant nasty people. The workers here are doing a great job. I mean it’s a Wendy’s, not a 5 star restaurant, but still, its the best experience you could ask for at a Wendy’s. Thank you to the staff for a pleasant experience and for your hard work.

I already paid for a mobile order, and when I got there, they refused to serve me. And i waited TWENTY MINUTES. I even showed them that I already paid, and they still refused to hand me my order. And the manger for that day (Janice: 03/07/2026 at 2:00 PM) was extremely rude. She did not offer any assistance, and yelled at me to keep moving despite not being served.

Service and food were good. The women’s toilet needs attention… It needs to be washed. The music… Saturday night vibes on a Thursday a bit too loud.
No shade of protection from rain in the parking lot, but plenty of space to park on both sides of the building.

Just left this Wendy’s after staying in line 30 minutes. Got to the intercom to advise on order and no one came. Said hello four times no one came. I still stayed in drive thru. Got to the window and the manger or shift person told the person at the window they do not take orders at window. The line was so long and they couldn’t care less of customer service. There’s so much I want to say about both ladies but I’m going to be nice. Even the lady that relaid the message though it was a lot of audacity when she smiled and giggled it off

We were hoping for exceptional customer service, along with hot food and a pleasant atmosphere. We already had some reservations, considering our past experiences. It sometimes feels as though some individuals believe they are entitled to certain things. When we request hot food, it would be wonderful if the preparation could reflect the care and attention that was common in the past, such as during the 1980s and 1990s, when things seemed to be at their best. This, combined with excellent customer service, would be ideal. When hiring, please consider the customer’s perspective.

Lots of workers in the building but the customers are leaned on counter and 5-10min without being waited on We went drive tru and was pretty quick. Only car. Inside seemed wild.

We gave them a second chance after a horrible first experience because bad days happen. We placed our order and sat in line for over 10 minutes with no cars moving. We could see the young men standing in a group just talking, laughing, and pushing each other and playing around through windows while several cars sat there. We eventually just left and went across the street to burger king and as we were leaving after placing our order and receiving our food there, we saw other cars just leave the wendys line as well.
