Building was locked in the middle of the day. Not only that but when we went through the drive through they gave us the wrong burgers, left out our sauce packets we asked us and gave us small drinks when we ordered large. Avoid this place on a Wednesday, hopefully other shifts are better

1st. Bathrooms are dirty, 2nd all tables are sticky, 3rd food felt cold and under cooked, 4th I ordered a taco salad, and they served me something they didn’t even have ingredients to make. I’m sure these people have “great personalities” by the way they were all just laying and hanging around the booth looking like they could care less about the environment & professionalism of the restaurant. Only one who looked like they cared and had pride was the older man with white hair and beard. He at least made the attempt to clean the area. Technically, I’m just ranting because I had a bad salad. Looked nothing like what I expected… oh yea.. they didn’t have ketchup.

I’m just a traveler passing through and wanted some fresh chili and fry’s. I already felt like it was goin to be a bad service experience because it’s 2: 25PM and they have the inside lock so we couldn’t dine inside, it was only drive thru open. I appreciate that the food was quick but at least be hot & fresh my fries look and taste as if it was sitting for 30min and my chili wasn’t even warm as if it was just standing on the counter and not receipt to even call or get a refund I had to google map looked it up. So if you’re reading this I hope you can contact me. ASAP

This location is extremely understaffed. Waited in line to order inside for almost 20 minutes. Also there is apparently a fly problem in the building. That being said, the food was delicious. Well worth the wait.

We pulled up to the drive through and the voice greeted me, before I could give a reply the man agitatingly said “hello? Hello are you going to order?”… we waited a good minute in line after we ordered the takis meals. I ordered a caramel cold brew as my drink. When I received it, it was vanilla, and very very watered down. All the ice was practically melted. I was never offered or given a receipt either, so I don’t have my receipt. We waited about 10-20mins on our food, checked to make sure the food was there everything looks great. The dude just drops the food off in my hand and runs back to the door so I couldn’t ask for it to be remade so I just drank it, had to add caramel creamer when I get home. We get home and there’s no taki dust on our fries and our burgers are kinda soggy. I knew Wendy’s was a bad idea and proved me right, never going back to Ruth st.
