We were the only people in line and could not get anyone to take our order. I have no idea what they were doing other than walking past us at the counter. After about 15 minutes of standing at the counter and trying to place our order we left and went next door to Chili’s. If I could have left a zero I would. There was no service. No apology, no we will be with you shortly. Just ignored us like we were not even there. We have eaten at this Wendy’s before and it was fine. I’m not sure if there was a change in management or just a bad day but on the day we went they were horrible, unfriendly, and unprofessional.

Good place, bathroom needs cleaned but overall a good place to eat. Fries were greasy unlike other Wendy’s. Staff was very friendly.

Fries were cold. Burger was disgusting. My chicken nuggets that I ordered from my grandmother were raw. I called them and ask them why aren’t there any lettuce tomatoes on my burger? It’s all slapped together with onions and cheese and they told me that their truck delivery was on their way. OK but you could have let me know that before ordering. I am so disappointed very disappointed this place used to be very good when I was a kid. It’s a disappointment to see it. Go down like that. ♀️ They need to shut this place down. It’s not the same like it used to be in the early 2000’s close it down

Traveled all morning and staying the night in Opelousas. Came for a quick late lunch. Counter service was quick and the employees were kind and attentive to my requests. The only issue I had was the fries had burnt crispies all over them. The oil could use draining or changed out. I was able to still eat the fries and did not bring it to the attention of the staff. Dining area was very clean as well. Great experience.

If you want better service and food from a cheaper fast food restaurant, go to the Burger King next to it. This Wendy’s has definitely gone down hill over the past year, and the service has become horrendous. Every time I go, it’s like they have never worked a day in their lives. I used to not have to wait 30 minutes to get food at this location, everything used to come hot and fresh. Now, every time I go my food is usually cold, and if I’m lucky lukewarm.

Had to wait for food to be ready. Could not get a receipt because they said all their machines were not working! Get home and check my order—about 25 miles away from there—and discover that they left out an entire meal that I paid for! $65 plus for this shit!!! And the food was COLD!!! Can you say I am NOT HAPPY??? Tried calling the place and of course nobody answers the phone!!!

Customer service is poor. Was not greeted at the box outside. When someone finally came on they started of with “okay go forward with your order “ no thank you’s nothing. The time it took to wait in like and order food just to be told to pull over and they’ll walk it out is is crazy just for my food to be cold , cheese not melted . Not sure what the standards management has for that store but it is by far low. The fries were warm tho so that’s a plus I guess
