this Wendy’s has very poor service. The first batch of fries we got tasted old and was full of grease. Pull around again for fresh ones and it was the same thing. As I started eating the burger I noticed how hard it was to bite into. this is ridiculous and is unacceptable. I’m sure no one else would want their food hard , cold, and old so why would you serve it to someone.

Quick and friendly staff. The problem is with the drive thru. Please put cones or some type of barrier along the curve at the drive thru. People are constantly blocking traffic in the parking lot and on the road.

Ordered the double stack biggie meal with spicy nuggets. They gave me the plain nuggets after I told them I wanted spicy and my burger had only on small pickle and a small onion ring. Not to mention the fries were old and soggy.

VERY RUDE!!!! The employee actually told a customer he was rude just because he asked if his order was ready. We were behind him, and our order was done, so that’s why he asked. And the place was very dirty. The floor was wet, and I almost slipped! I’ve been here many times, this was the worst!

The lady was pleasant and polite that took my order and gave me my food. I had the breakfast chicken biscuit. It was fresh, tasted good, but I prefer my chicken not to have a slight sweet taste. Overall, I’d say it was good.

Our fries were cold despite the fact that I had to pull up and wait for a while for the food. Also the orders were slightly incorrect. The staff I interacted with was friendly enough but the guy at the window appeared very rushed even though there was only one other car in the Drive-Thru line besides me
