Counter woman was helpful and nice, from that point on it was a disaster. Ordered Asiago spicy chicken sandwich combo. Requested extra mayo and sauce on sandwich, automated order kiosk was not working properly, so re ordered at counter. Sandwich came out with a dot of sauce on bottom and same on top. Dried out cheese, and scraps for condiments. Supposedly large, but not full box of not hot fries, all small pieces, and mostly crunchy. Went to counter to get sauce, one person working was so busy that it took ten minutes to get mayo and ranch packets. Sandwich now cold, and not spicy. Maybe the wrong chicken patty? At least six people working the kitchen line, obviously not efficiently. Some standing around.
Really awful experience. Trashed nasty sandwich and crunchy fries bits. Quality is definitely not the recipe at this location.

I’m not sure if the guy working the line had a stoke mid shift and is having difficulty reading but I placed two separate orders through a delivery service. They completely disregarded how I asked for the sandwich to be dressed. I re-ordered and they literally made the item the same exact way.I’ve worked in fast food management for over 6 years and lack of attention to simple and clear details is just something I will never understand. This wasn’t a one of because this happens more often than not when I order for my picky eater from this location.It’s literally in black and white how to make the sandwiches. Slow down and pay attention. We don’t get out money back when you screw up the dressing

Location is convenient. Dining room was a mess…
Service was great!!!!
Bathroom was messy mostly clean.
The food though was not on point the lettuce was awful!
The chili was good.
The baked potato was fair. The chicken sandwich was edible but hard.
I’m really surprised because I normally embrace Wendy’s food but this time not so much.
I believe Dave, the founder would be disappointed too!!!

Awful location and worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast good restaurant. I ordered ahead of time to pick up food in time for work. The lady said she doesn’t have the order. Asked if I just placed said no, was 15 min. Ago. Said she cannot do anything if she doesn’t see order on her side. I offered my receipt with order number which worked with every single restaurant that ever had a problem locating my order. She was completely uninterested in my receipt to see if she can try to locate it
She tried to say sometimes it takes a while but it had already been 15 min. which is more than enough time for fast food. I canceled order in the app and will never be back. With my proof that I spotted and successfully paid to be sent off with no food and had to go to work hungry was disappointing.

Close down this god awful Wendy’s. Saving Grace was the manager who was decent.

My Order got handed to wrong customer in front of me in drive through. Normally not a problem but this customer had a dog in the car the car and I and my mom am highly allergic to their dander. I asked for food to be remade for this reason. Worker copped an attitude and ended cussing at us as well as saying she could “refuse service” which is true except our food was paid for already which makes that point moot at best and also makes it theft if they refuse to serve it. Refund got refused as well and I got told to call the corporate number for a refund but when I called, they were closed.

Wendy’s can look at my order history alone and see in the last 60 days Ive spent close to probably $250 at this restaurant alone. I cant say I’ll never be back but I may just go to the one on gause from now on or patronize small sliders instead.

To the drive-thru associate that accused me of stealing icing when she never gave me the 2nd scoop of icing on the Cinnabon to begin with, I IMMEDIATELY drove to the next nearest Wendy’s and got the perfect Cinnabon with EXTRA ICING AS I PAID FOR. This is what a CINNABON WITH EXTRA ICING looks like, not that see through dried up piece of dough you tried to sell me and tell me I stole icing from.

I literally circled the drive-thru on Old Spanish Trail, to request what I paid for once I realized they had my order wrong, she kept telling me she “swear to God” she put extra icing on it for me. I politely asked the 2 associate’s that to put it in a cup or something so I can leave and ONLY she declined, she even accused me of stealing the icing and raising my voice telling me to lower my voice and calm down. She was so disrespectful the whole time. I requested my refund a left. She knows who she is, light skin lady, deep voice, wears eyeglasses, just under her ear length wavy hair.

This Wendy’s usually serve good hot food quality food. You would think as long as i waited in drive thru 10 to 15 mins for nuggets that the food would’ve been hot. NOPE it was cold and by time I got to the drive thru to get my food the manager just tossed the bag out the windows and walked away. Didn’t give me a chance to ask her for anything. The service here really needs to be checked cause this was one of the best fastfood places to eat at cause you knew your food was gone be hot good and good quality. Damn this is sad. This is a fired dragon fly fried into the nuggets i had two orders which was $5but it was my 5 dollars

While previous visits to this location(specifically during morning/lunch time) have kept me coming back, after today’s experience I will never return to this location. When i visit a fast food establishment i make it a point to be understanding that sometimes things fall through the cracks and am very forgiving when it comes to the level of professionalism(or lack thereof) of the employees on shift, however my experience this evening absolutely blew my mind in all the worst ways. The ENTIRE crew with the exception of one gentleman who was actually serving guests was teenagers who had their friends in the establishment and were doing anything BUT actually working, causing extreme wait times and incorrect orders on top of the typical rude demeanor that one would come to expect from someone who is not satisfied with their job. Where is the manager in this establishment to hold the standards? If there is no one in charge to ensure that at least a bare minimum standard is held, close the damn place down after lunch rush to prevent alienating even more of your (previously) loyal guests. Do better Wendy’s.

The customer service at the counter was great, the guy taking and putting together our order was the best part of the meal. After that, my spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy, the fries were cold and there was food all over the kitchen floor that needed to be cleaned up.
