Plain and simple. They served me raw chicken. I got sick. I made a formal complaint and they apologized and offered me two free meals. I picked raw chick from my teeth. I dealt with a sickness for a week and they wanted to give me two free meals. Their straws were full of a spilled drink and they had small fruit flies living in the ketchup dispenser! I never plan on eating Wendy’s again. Call me Wendy’s if you want to talk about it again. You know how to reach me.

Super Ghetto. Pulled up sat at the order window for a couple minutes, no cars around, noone greeted or said anything, so i pulled up to the pick up, noone paid attention there either. I asked if i could place a to go order, one employee looked at me like it is my job to make her a burger replied’we in the middle of shift change’ i asked if she is a cook or cooks responsible for the shift change, she went back to counting money. Another employee came by, i asked if i could place an order , she said they cant. Then first employee looked at me as if she was mad whispering something, then said ‘thats what i told you’. No greet. No work. 0 effort. By the way they look I understand thats about the best they can do, but hopefully one of the managers can train them on customer service a little maybe. They should not be talking to customers (well they refuse to talk anyway lol ).
Long story short, raggedy, but that is the best they know and best that they are capable of, so i am not mad

We went through the drive through at about 10:10 and have been waiting for our food for some 20 minutes. There were no other cars ahead of us. It’s incredible this location hasn’t closed down with such awful service.

Fries was old and cold. Burgers was so disgusting. Gave me the wrong one but kindly gave me the correct one and 1 new fry. We had 3 in our order. That’s the only reason they got a 3 star.

Literally almost every time I go to this place when I pull up to order they say: “we’re only doing exact cash.” Well fix your crap then. Just seems like laziness in my opinion. I’ve went to this location 4 times in the last 2 weeks for a meal & was only able to successfully order once. The GM needs to step in and to something.

there breakfast yesterday gave me really bad food poision, the egg was hard like plastic and the bacon was so chewy and fatty it was the worst it was all good couple months ago but they either went from fresh to fake eggs or they simply didnt adhere to any food safety because i normally eat their breakfast burritos all the time no issues

We walked in at about 4 pm. No customers in the drive thru or lobby. Employees were laughing and cutting up. We were told a manager would be with us shortly. Shortly after that we were told the lobby was closed. I asked if they could just ring us up on the drive thru register and we’d be on our way. Nope. We never saw the manager, but heard them laughing about it as we left. Now I’m seeing all of the bad reviews and realize it was all a waste of time to begin with.

Placed a mobile order and arrived to collect it from the drive thru at 3:06pm. Was held at the first window (that isn’t used) of the drive thru until 3:20pm when they finally waved me forward to the second window (I was the first car in line, I was NOT waiting on another vehicle to retrieve their order) and handed me my order. Everything was ice cold. Won’t answer the phone when you call the store and corporate is a joke. What was I waiting on for 15 minutes?
