Super Ghetto. Pulled up sat at the order window for a couple minutes, no cars around, noone greeted or said anything, so i pulled up to the pick up, noone paid attention there either. I asked if i could place a to go order, one employee looked at me like it is my job to make her a burger replied’we in the middle of shift change’ i asked if she is a cook or cooks responsible for the shift change, she went back to counting money. Another employee came by, i asked if i could place an order , she said they cant. Then first employee looked at me as if she was mad whispering something, then said ‘thats what i told you’. No greet. No work. 0 effort. By the way they look I understand thats about the best they can do, but hopefully one of the managers can train them on customer service a little maybe. They should not be talking to customers (well they refuse to talk anyway lol ).

Turn this place into a Cane’s!!! Every time I have stopped to buy my disabled brother a frosty, either not working or the system is down and my favorite, we shut down for a break. Don’t even pull in. You get a large combo of frustration with undercooked bacon. Pishah. Shame on you Wendy.

Rude, there was not one other person in line just us and they made us wait 30 minutes before we could even order the food. Then when someone was ready to take our order they were very rude and rushed us. This was an awful experience and i will not be going here again.
