Drive through took 35 minutes from the moment I ordered the food until I received it. Also forgot to give me multiple items. We did get our drinks when I paid though! Unfortunately no straws, so we stared at our drinks for 35 minutes. Most of the food was hot and juicy which was the best part about the experience, fries were crusted and burnt though. This Wendy’s is my very last option if I’m hungry. Only went here because the five guys was closed early next door due to equipment failure.

Listen as someone who works in the service industry I understand yk having a bad night but this is unacceptable. The woman working drive thru was rude as all hell. She was older with a pixie cut had the worst attitude. My husband who is the sweetest most understanding person ever even felt some type of way from her. She told us to pull forward and we did and she continued to mumble under her breath profanity about us and it’s just not needed. If u hate your job so much there’s plenty of places in mandeville to make you happy and if that’s not the case for u then move. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that especially if we are just trying to move on with our lives as u.

Oh my gosh, I just wasted 35 minutes at Wendy’s I won’t get back! Was in the drive-up with 2 cars ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to even get to the window to order. Placed my order (took 10 minutes for him to get it) then another 10 minutes to actually get the order AND IT WAS WRONG! Didn’t even get the drinks we ordered. Pitiful service…..

The old lady (I guess the manager?) was quite rude as soon as I walked in. Workers were exceptionally slow. they also forgot the fries for my combo. When I went back to get them, they were thrown in a paper bag instead of the normal cup. Also they were cold for some reason. Really weird. Wouldn’t eat there again.

they automatically upsize both DID NOT REQUEST UPSIZE!!! second window person rude fries cold but make damm sure you ask for condiments because they aren’t included in your upsized meal…. In short go somewhere else……..

Drive thru is terrible At 1:50 Pm today I ordered a 5 dollar meal after receiving it O checked it and found that the order of fries had about ten fries in the container so I drove around and told the window server O wanted a correct order of fries .She argued and said there were more fries in the bag and I handed her the bag and told her there were two in the bag.She accused me of throwing the bag at her. When she gave me bag back she shoved it at me. She is the same person that screed up my order this past Saturday morning.
Even better she’s the manager. Wendy’s seems to have a training problem with their managers
I stop at this store at least -10 times a month to buy the same meal. I know what I’m supposed to get and expect it. But I know I will be judged wrong because I a white male and she is a black woman.
She has an issue and her supervisor should address this problem. As for me this store has just lost my business.
