Check your food,better yet go inside and watch them make your food! So I went through the drive thru to get my mobile order,when I got my bag I was missing my nuggets. So I go inside and told them they gave me my sauce but forgot my 6pc. This girl said here you go and tried to hand off a 4pc,the guy looked down and laughed and pulled out a hair and she said now give it to her. I said “I saw that” he laughed she pulled another 4 PCs out and handed it to me and said oh wait its 6pcs and changed boxes to add the other 2. She was rolling her eyes and smacking her mouth like I had done something wrong. This was at 2:50PM today March 4th. GO INSIDE TO ORDER YOUR FOOD AND WATCH CLOSELY! Yall have been warned,so don’t fuss to much if yall don’t take my advice.

Stopped for breakfast – coffee and a breakfast burrito. Took almost 20 minutes to get it after they told us to pull up. I finally went inside and they were like “oh, we were just bringing it out.” Coffee was weak and not hot, burrito was nasty – eggs were cold and it was inedible. Never again. First time for me to give such a bad review, but it was horrible.

last time visiting – sat at the window patiently for about 20 minutes just to be told to come inside. There was a line of cars behind me. What happened to fast food?! I left. The whole point of a drive thru, is to drive thru.

Went today ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with a #1 Dave’s Single and I’m just going to let the photo speak for itself. I was told to pull up to the door by a girl with clear frame glasses after being rude about the order. After 20 minutes I finally received my totally screwed order, but didn’t find out until getting home, of course. Don’t forget this is supposed to be a Dave’s Single with Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, and Pickles. Never going back.

The girl who our order was rude and acted like every typical person of this generation(I’m not being a jerk I’m park of this generation) she snapped at my boyfriend and acted like he was stupid cause he asked if there was mayo on the baconator and when he asked for a frosty and didn’t immediately say you flavor she snapped at him. I don’t expect much from fast food and usually just brush it off but I’ll never go back to this Wendy’s again because of her. This girl had short brown hair and was medium built and was rude as all get out.

Service was horrible, after 15 minutes of waiting I went back to the window for a refund. Oh so sorry we didn’t bring your order out. The burgers were cold, fries hard as rocks, and tasted like stall grease. I will not go back here again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Middle of the night nody will help me. I’m told to go through drive through yet I’ve been drinking. So the only way I can get my meal is to commit a felony? No. And then the ppl staffing the restaurant won’t even open the doors? Do not ever go here.
