if i could give it no stars i would i asked for a caesar salad instead of grilled chicken i wanted spicy they charged me separately for a spicy chicken patty not only that the sweat tea was sour and it was only 11 in the morning… but to top all of this off my croutons were very expired…

There was not 1 customer there when we pulled up to the drive thru. The lady taking the order and at the window were rude.. I’ve also never seen a croissant look like that! Had us pull up to wait for 15 minutes on 2 croissants, a biscuit and French toast sticks.

Updated 17NOV23: Picked up breakfast for five. Staff taking order was nice and easy to understand. We had wait ahead for bit which is OK, but when we hit the road four of the five orders were missing various things such as eggs, cheese etc and we didn’t even get a receipt to reference . Three of us got a biscuits with two strips of bacon with nothing else. Very very disappointed crew. There was not a line of cars, it was pretty slow and it was around 9-9:30 am.
Additionally, signs on doors said lobby was open, but everything was locked up. I would have preferred to order inside, which would have given me an easier opportunity to check my order and resolve it politely.
OLD review; five years ago: Staff really pays attention to make sure your food is fresh and served in timely fashion. Well run establishment that has a generous parking lot and with a large parking lot across the road to park a large RV or commercial vehicle.

I rarely eat fast food these days but I stopped in yesterday to try the new chicken wrap. After ordering and paying, I was asked to pull up and they’d bring me my order. After waiting about 6 minutes and seeing others get their orders and I leave, I made my way to the inside so I could inquire about my food. The manager apologizes because my order had been given to someone else. They made another order for me, along wiith free item(s).

The service was absolutely horrible. The cashier was very rude. I asked for a Sprite. She stated they didn’t have sprite. When asked what they did have, she stated coke products. They messed my sandwich up. It has been a while since have visited this establishment. Now I know why.

Didn’t even get to eat. Service sucks! Placed order twice in drive thru because the lady wasn’t paying any attention after she asked for our order then she had an attitude the THIRD time we were giving the order. When we said nevermind and started pulling off she gave us this dumb look like we done something wrong. Guess she likes repeating herself however I do not. Thank you Burger King for taking our order the FIRST time we gave it.

We always enjoy Wendy’s but we do not like that they no longer peel the potatoes they fry. So you better like potato skin on your fries. They left the salt out of our order again, in fact they often have NO SALT AT ALL.

Good breakfast previously. But today was awful. UPDATE: Breakfast again Sunday no receipt, never able to get one. What’s really going on? Ordered again still no receipt given. Finally was given a receipt for my purchase last week.
